Srs why even do this? The bearbro was just chilling on a tree and the guy has nothing better to do then to shoot it? I never hunted so if any hunters can please explain why they find this hobby enjoyable.
Watching this i only felt sad for the bear and from what I know eating bear isnt too common.

Hunting is ok as long as you do it ethically and for appropriate reasons. However, if you go into the forest to hunt animals, it is fair game for animals to maul you or eat you.

I don't really like the first video. Just shooting animals to shoot them. Bear just wants to live, just minding it's own business and someone just shoots and kills him/her for no real reason. Do people eat bear? Just destroying a beautiful animal for nothing. I undertand deer, they over populate. Coyotes, are a nusence animal. Another reason I can't stand bears being killed is videos like this one below. Really awesome animals.

Bear meat is pretty awful. People make sausage out of them mostly. Its the fur and the paws people take.

Id never shoot one. Im a hunter. But for all the work involved and what you get, a bear is not for me to hunt.

What is with all the anti hunters on the misc? I can understand hate towards poaching animals but not when you are legally doing it. If you eat any meat from supermarkets and then come and complain about legal hunting you are a massive *******

As far as the guy at the bottom of the tree... he is a dumbass. You should know to always wait to be certain the game is actually dead if it can do damage to you

I dont give a chit about hunting. Imo its much more ethical than buying meat from a supermarket.
But why shoot a bear? The guy was just chilling on a tree and he probably wasnt gonna eat him.

Because he has a tag for it. People do eat bear so no clue where you are getting that he probably was not going to eat it. And there are areas of US that need black bear hunting to control the population. The states parks and wildlife make the call on number of tags for black bears that will keep the population under control.

I don't even know if there is a state where you can get over the counter black bear license. Most places are only giving out a select number based on how many need to be hunted to keep the population near the states target number.
