Porn addiction, is there a way out?
I watch porn almost every day. Sometimes when I hook up with girls I can't even get it up lately.like they don't turn me on or something. Last night it happened. I was like what the phuck. I asked the girl if she cared if I tried to watch porn to get hard. I did and was hard within 3 minutes after trying to get hard for 20 minutes with 0 progress with a cute 18 year of female next to me. How does one get over such a strange thing? Any insight ?

quit the porn cold turkey. can't see any way around that. Ive been trying to quit for at least a year, I always end up just watching it for a few days, then edging, then finally relapse. Its one hard habit to drop

As said, cold turkey. There's literally no chemical dependency here. Your "withdrawal" is literally a matter of willpower.

Quit porn. I'm on NoFap, but in reality not fapping isn't the important part, it's quitting porn that provides 95% of the benefits.
For most people that's as simple as just not watching porn. It might be hard the first few weeks, but it gets easier.
If your habit is stronger than that though and you can't even get yourself to go a week without it, then I suggest installing a porn blocker of some kind. Yes technically you could just uninstall it etc and go watch porn, but the idea is it gives you time to rethink your decision. It gives you 5 minutes to go "Wait maybe this is a dumb idea" and change your mind rather than ending up on porn.
Also if you struggle to do something like NoFap, just fap to your imagination and get rid of the porn.
Depending on how bad your porn habit is it could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks of no porn to 2-3 years of no porn for your porn related ED to disappear, but I think you can expect it to go away with in a couple of months in most cases.
The first 7-14 days are the hardest. For me personally after 2 weeks of not watching porn it's relatively easy. I'm at almost 5 months of no porn now and I don't even think about it any more. For those first 7-14 days, the easiest way to avoid porn is just to make it so you can't watch it. Fill up your schedule so that you're constantly out with friends etc. It's not like you're gonna pull out your dick and load up porn while you're in the bar with your friends. So keeping yourself distracted will make it easy not to watch.
Then when you are at home, try to spend as little time on the pc as possible during those first couple weeks, just until you get past the hard part.

Ever since the heartbreak with my ex recently I haven't fapped in almost a week.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Just quit cold turkey. If you have enough motivation you will stay away from it. I went a few months without porn and my libido sky rocketed, but I finally gave in. Im on 2 weeks now and I wont watch porn in a looooong time cuz I have realized that life is better without it.

Know those feels.
I quit for about 4 months but have become addicted again.
It's always "aahh **** it I'll watch porn tonight and quit from tomorrow"....repeat x 10
I knew I needed to quit when I couldn't get hard with a girl.
