only in certain states and no simply being a couple for xx amount of years does not equal common law even in those states.

I'd like to here the counterargument for this (likely devised by some whore feminist but still) it just seems so blatantly obvious that divorce is completely one-sided. What is the rationale? There are statistics (again likely devised by some feminazi) that show that women somehow suffer but if all of this is proved in course (wife is a cheater and a criminal that is basically conning money of this guy) how is it the courts just laugh and take the woman's side?

Ive seen someone get screwed over even worse than that.

Bought his wife fake boobs, and she cheated on him like a month later.
He was forced to sell his half of the business he owned-she then took half of that and leaving him with no income and the partner in his business screwed him over and forced him to sign a non-compete clause
She got his house (2 million)
She got the car and he got to keep his old beater truck and nice car(that he then had to sell just so he had some cash)
She got custody of the kids and got an insane amount of child support

Dude went from having a mansion with no lien in an affluent area to a 1 bedroom apartment in Utah and is still struggling to even pay child support so he doesnt go to jail. During their court battle she even admitted to the adultery and she even showed up to pick up the kids drunk with an open container of alchy in the car (she then got a dui because he called the cops as soon as she left)

I've had a few law buddies even tell me iron-clad prenups dont mean chit these days unless you luck out with a good judge and have the upper hand in representation, which is just insane.
