Nope. At times I have gotten to be higher body fat than I would personally like so I've started cutting again, but I've never actually been overweight, even before I started lifting.

Definitely was skinny fat back in the day though, that's why I started lifting shortly after my second child was born.

Hopefully Zyra got her stuff sorted. She was really open about her psych conditions (and her attempts at fisting herself). She disappeared when I was on a misc break so I'm not sure why she left
