I'm dying at this guy's rifle purchase dilemma. Holy crap. Please, buy a stock and a pistol grip, and a rail, with a barrel nut, for your gun. If you want to save money, buy an Aero rail or an ALG Defense rail.

Not sure really. My deadlift form, although I practiced it alot was obviously crap (since i rekt my back)

Those numbers were from when I was actively lifting compounds. since then I don't dead or back squat. I have legit disc problems. I live with them. Wish I would a had a trainer teach me proper technique instead of learning everything on my own. Former FA problems. Probably need surgery one day, but for now keepin in shape, working core often, keeps my back fine. Nothing I CANT DO (that I wana do in my daily life anyways). My lower back does get hurt from being bent over in basketball "rdy" position for too long, If i pick up something really heavy the wrong way, heavy dead lift workout etc...
Are you not entertained?

Customer brought a brand new M&P in today because the buffer retainer and retainer spring shot out and made its way into the FCG area of the lower the first time he shot it.

Upon inspection the buffer tube needed to be screwed in another 3 turns to capture the retainer. Apparently all that was holding it in place was the buffer pushing against it and I guess the BCG riding over the top of it when he charged it kept it in place until he shot it and it went to chit.
