Fair enough.

Yeah it phased me because I never stirred trouble in my 7 years here, and being mod negged for this thread was uncalled for. It was obviously personal and unprofessional.

If you feel bad about animals being killed for food, great. Eat vegetables. We're all real impressed. But you don't have to fukin carry on about it and tell us how much better you are because you only want to eat plants. None of us come on here carrying on about how awesome we are for wanting to show compassion to plants by only eating animals. We shut the fuk up and go about our business.

This is why you are an annoying kunt. You're on par with loud atheists, loud SJWs and loud vapers.
Hello meattard!

Care to provide any logical reasoning as to how someone who contributes to unnecessary torture and death should be held in the same regard as someone who makes effort to avoiding to contribute to such things?

Care to further elaborate on your understanding of supply and demand or do you just prefer to remain an ignorant twat when someone directly challenges your ignorant and destructive habits?

Care to elaborate further on how the behavior of a group of people and the subjective taste of food influences your own decision which should be based on personal morals and ethics?

I raise a couple of sheep at a time on my land. I provide them a good life, food, shelter, and companionship with other sheep and with my family. When it's time for one to be slaughtered, I give it a treat, and while it's head is down eating, I put the gun to the back of it's head and end it's existence. The sheep got a chance to experience life, and then ceased to exist without stress or suffering. I like giving animals a chance to experience life.

Grew up on a farm, saw lots of animals get slaughtered. The most traumatic thing I've seen an animal (cow) go through is weaning them from their mothers in the fall. They beller for a few days then happily munch on oats all winter.

Most people in this thread who say "circle of life though" or "lions though" are not even necessarily wrong tbh. But can we actually talk about the animals life conditions BEFORE it gets killed? Thats the real problem

seen videos of animals released from 100% confinement...and yeah, its definitely amazing to see how they change. Makes you release theres more to them then just mindless animals. Im a big animal person though so that kinda sh*t gets to me a bit. A lot of these sheep, low rep miscers looking for reps because its more popular to love red meat and not care how it gets to the table.

Its too black and white to just say...DONT EAT MEAT or STFU ******* and go have a hamburger. We are meant to eat meat, we have organs that are dedicated to breaking down raw meat and help kill bacteria that is within it. Over tens of thousands of years of cooking, its become far less potent or useful...also are teeth. However, we dont need meat to be strong and healthy.

That being said, I havent stopped eating chicken, pork, or fish. Im not a big red meat guy anymore...and eggs, thats a foundation for me, I cant, errrr, wont live without them.

It's the intention behind the process of the whole thing. It is TOTALLY inhumane and cruel to say the LEAST, as if we are treating lifeless objects. They are NOT lifeless in any shape or form. They're alive like us for **** sake.

The title of this thread is somewhat "sarcastic." I don't like the label 'vegan' but put it as so because it is how is seen by the masses. Hence the subtle sarcasm.

You havent got my point. Personally I wouldnt be able to kill an animal, so I dont eat meat. BUT, for example, I respect hunter 100x more than regular meat eater, cause atleast the animal lived his life till the end. The same cannot be said about a regular pig in the meat industry. That was my point

So you're arguing the point that if an animal is treated poorly before its execution, it's a great crime than treating the animal nicely before its execution?

If this is the moral standard, should someone who severely beats a woman before he murders her be sentenced to more jail-time than a person who sedates a women before he murders her?

if its the slaughterhouse factor that makes you vegan you have plenty of options. Go fishing and raise egg laying chickens. You can choose how to consume meats.

And then having a consumer come into a shop and order a "chicken fillet" with a bossy attitude and sense of entitlement, likely without even having in his consciousness how that chicken fillet got there. The masses need to wake up for what goes on in our world and take some responsibility!

No lol, Im vegan myself.

Im just comparing the 2 scenarios, thats it. I understand what you mean though, killing is wrong regardless, especially since meat is not needed to survive
