Hey bro, slow your roll.

I'll have you know ashin1 is a Canadian male nurse making 90k CAD a year. He also invests in DRIPS which is a magical investment vehicle noone has ever heard of before. All of this before age of 26.

I expect that you will send this gentleman a letter of apology now that you stand corrected. Good day.

there's risk in everything, but if you don't know how make money in real estate you are clearly doing it wrong. what about people with no mortgages renting out rooms in there house for extra income??

Look BROOOOO. It's called a tiny house now. You haven't seen this chit on TV yet?

Open your mind man. Who want the commitments of a house in 2017? Ashin1's generation wants to be free from debt, have passive income and retire by age 35. What better way than a TINY HOUSE? I mean yea, some haters would say it's just a RV with a few thousand bucks wasted on expensive finishes and some commercial grade LEDs posted outside.

Just invest in total stock market index fund.

Not only will you get the gains of the market when it is up (average 7% per year over decades), but also dividends.

Don't have to deal with the bull**** of "passive" real estate investing which is actually anything but

its not bad, it i has 2 rather large additions on each side of the trailer so it feels rather big on the inside, Its about 1500 sq/ft
my lot is 120ftx170ft so i have quite a bit of land too which is nice cause i want to pour a big slab of concrete beside my place.

How to lie on the internet:

Step 1: boast about money with no evidence
Step 2: provide vague response such as "Google is your friend"
Step 3: also use one word answers
Step 4: leave mom's basement to go do the dishes

Repped. There's seriously no reason you can't atleast try and get some type of passive income

My problem is, idk where to get started. Would like enough passive income to live on, if I ever reach that point I then want to build it up to baller status.
