Ah.. ok. Yeah, I have none of that unless you count Pokecoins from taking over gyms in Pokemon Go.

Mad at you having to borrow money from your parents to buy a fooking trailer lmao

No. I own a house and have equity in it.

So hang on, you bought land to put a trailer on? You rent the trailer out for $400 per month?

So your land and trailer are worth $45k + $10k for the trailer? $55k? You get $4,800 per year in rent.

But where do you live? You share this trailer with somebody?

You also have a loan you need to repay, so how exactly is this a passive income? You are paying off debt, you are not MAKING $1,000 a month. That's your gross income

Please give me more specifics.

and 90% of us are going to be slaving into our 60's regardless.

This. OP likes to make it sound as though Youtube is a fun side gig you can do to make some easy money. In reality, the only people making any real money from youtube are the people treating it as a full time job, and they are probably putting in more hours (in filming, editing, etc) than what most people work at a full time job. Building a youtube channel will see you putting in an insane amount of time & effort for very little return until you can grow your channel to the point where you have a big enough subscriber base + monthly views to have a reliable income from it.

Cliffs: if making money from youtube was easy, everybody would quit their jobs tomorrow

It's not cope dipchit. The reality is it would take your average person 5+ years to save that money but you being an only child with Asian parents who have money you can borrow 45k interest free no problem (and probably won't have to pay back all of it either)

Check your privilege and stop acting like you're smart or more financially savvy than other people.

It's passive in the sense that you're not trading time for money in a strict sense. I mean, you're not trading x amount of hours for x amount of dollars. If you have a monetized youtube channel with a big enough subscriber base, you're making money from it while you're not working.

Then how can you possible get other to follow or admire you when you are getting hand out from mummy and daddy?

Why would anyone have any interest in following your blog when you are holding yourself out to be an expert?

You own a trailer on a piece of land. You share this with somebody (I think). You have limited scope for growth, its land for a trailer after all.

I can't follow your path for success, it's too murky. Give me the steps and figures you worked with so I can replicate your model.

But please bear in mind, I can't get a $45k interest free loan from my parents.

You obviously also care. Why else would you put so much effort into your blog and website.

You are here trying to market yourself, but what your selling doesn't make any sense.

Either provide some coherent responses and evidence of your wisdom or neck up.

You paid back $10k on an interest free loan.

Why do this if you can make 7% from your share portfolio?

How do your parents have fiscal management skills if they are giving money out for free? That's by your own definition moronic.

Dude, shut up. YouTube money is 10000x easier to make for 1. Yes it's hard to get in now, but back when gaming exploded 90s kids jumped on and started making big bucks. You didn't even have to be good, some YouTubers like PewDiePie are silly and make millions. As for personality, ANYBODY can develop a good personality. I've watch Chris Smoove's old videos and he was quiet as fuk, look at him now.

My point is, ALWAYS been on the look out for new opportunities. I was a 90s kid and could've capitalized on out on YouTube back in 2005-2006, but missed out. Netflix was another GREAT opportunity I missed out on since I didn't have a job to invest. Back then, sht like this didn't exists but in our generation there's new inventions on the horizon

With your thought process you'lll always be a slave because you always doubt everything before trying it. Try something for 5 years then complain if nothing was gained. Of course it's gonna be hard, but you'd be dumb not to use some of your spare time in learning passive income revenue ways.

ITT: opie doesn't understand the definition of passive income

opie seems to believe its passive income when he's still in debt over 40k on his investment which he doesn't even technically own (equity still belongs to his tiger mom and daddy chang)

everyone I know irl that tries to make money off other properties fuking hates it and don't seem any more well off financially (to outward appearances, I guess they could be nesteggin?), and all they do is bitch about their **** tenants, or, when they get sick of **** tenants, unable to find any good tenants.
