OP, the only real advice for you to take is to NOT text her anymore. Don't assume she found someone else, don't assume she hates you, don't assume anything. It'll only fuk with your emotions.

Once you stop worrying, you might find yourself surprised to get a text back or maybe you don't get one and you find yourself not giving a sh*t. Who knows. Just do things to take your mind off of it if you actually feel hurt. Go work out. Cook some food. Watch some movies. Swipe right on a bunch of sluts. You'll be fine, it's only been 3 months.

I'm not saying my advice is the best, but I'm trying to give you real-life advice, not Misc advice. Just forget about it.
