I'm too young to complain about working, I love 14+ hour days, I'd rather use the 10K I would invest in passive to make 50K with working for it then waiting around it for it to make 11K in 2 years.

Well yes, active is always faster, but you'll hit a point where you want money and/or other people to be working for you. I have a lot of 14-16 hour days myself, and haven't had a vacation for about 8 years. It's wearing on me hard.

Lol triggered. Fortunately not third world confused about the origins of my people (Filipinos who think they're half spanish). And why are you analyzing my nips? Are you gay brah? Or just insecure about your own nips that you're too afraid to get exposed about like your artificially acquired wealth that you've made countless threads about

U have been investing for 3 years so started at 24 years old.
Left school at 18
What did you do in those 6 years?

I'll tell you, like most Asians your parents wanted you to be a doctor so paid for med school. (100k? More?)
Unfortunately, their son turned out to be too retarded and got booted after a year or two. You worked the 7-11 for a while, but you had bought shame on your family and they sent you to Saskebumble**** where you lied about your qualifications to get a low grade medical job. You probably tell them you have completed your med school and have truly made it. Will work until you show them the trailer with the meth head room mate I suppose.

The ideal structure in NZ used to be (has changed now) to set up limited liability companies for your rental properties. When I was doing this I figured what the hell, I can really call them anything I want... so I called them names like "360 flip", "smackdown investments"

I feel yeah, have had my share of naysayers over the years and what I notice they all have in common is they have no idea what they are talking about, also they seem to be rather pessimistic of anyone who surpasses their success.
Financial independence is life on easy mode

Lol that's deadly, so on bank statements from your home it would read 360 flip and smack down investments? Lulz that's you are skating to meet real estate agents, solid way to make a lasting impression lmao

What a bellend..

It's only 7% because your parents gave you the cash and you therefore didn't need a mortgage.

An actual mortgage for 48k (lol) would be about 250 a month. If you rent the room for 400 that's 150 net , or 1800 a year. That's around a 2.5% pre tax ROI.

You can't write in English, you can't do simple maths, everyone is taking the pi$$ out of you, it's not good is it?
