Severe rheumatoid arthritis of the wrist and hand. The ulnar styloid is destroyed with the rest of the distal ulna, there is destruction of the carpal bones and there is dislocation of the 1st metacarpal on the destroyed trapezium. All of the bones are osteopenic.

I suggest having hand removed...

Motherf*cker this isn't a movie, this is real life. So stop with that "nothing can hold me back" bullsh*t.

You're putting yourself a risk of destroying all functionality in your wrist and hand for life. Try explaining that one to your kids. "well you see, son. Daddy wanted to feel the grip of another mans hand around his and that's why I can't play catch with you, because daddy was retarded"

You sound like the type of dude who would develop cataracts in both eyes and still attempt to drive.

Distal ulna looks posteriorly displaced, but probably artifact due to rotation. Scapholunate, MCP joints etc. are OK.

your x-ray tech dun goofed by not separating your fingers on the lateral image(first photo)

also that floating bone in your hand by the second MCP joint is a called a sesamoid bone, they are totally normal.

also why the hell wasn't an oblique image done?
would not visit that x-ray clinic /10

Most likely do have radial styloid impingement syndrome or scaphoid impaction syndrome from all the wrist extension you undergo doing your arm wrestling, pretty much fits the picture

there is not a lot of wrist extension, rather a lot of wrist flexion.
So it might be that my whole radial bone is moved forward ?
so its more of a elbow problem ?

Stupid call OP. There are a few bones of the wrist who have a poor bloodflow so if you injur the bone itself, then it has a high likely hood of going necrotic. also, bone fusions are a fukking nightmare

Also OP, it looks liek you have really fat hands but your Avi doesnt really back that up

Nothing you can do brah. Ligaments connect bone to bone and when they become inflammed, especially in the wrists, it is no bueno. I'm sure you have nerve pain also, so if if hurts down in your finger (if it hasnt already, then you are making it worse.

Very little wrist extension brah. there is alot of palmar flexion and neutral posture but no dorsi flexion
