Well...not exactly. Avoid doing whatever aggrivates it. You cant strengthen ligaments by any means, so it is best to not stress them. You might be able to help your wrist out some by trainign your forearms and possibly by doing push ups on your knuckles (it increases bone density in the wrist) but i'm not completely sure about that one.

Side question. do you do curls with a straight bar or Ez Curl?

I don't do curls, used to do them back in the day ez and straight but not anymore ( 2-3 years ).I usually didn't do movements that put stress onto my wrist, like how you feel when you grab a straight bar. Thanks for your answers m8, srs.

yes, anything that forces my hand into abduction hurts, or if I abduct my hand and flex my wrist.
It also feels weak.

that's good and the answer i was hoping to see. Straight bar curls is bad news for the wrist. Maybe this video will help. This MAY help some but i dont think it would help ligament issues

It is true that my wrist flexibility on my left is not really that good.I have stronger wrist flexion than my right, but I have weaker wrist extension.
I guess I'll start working on mobility also.

Update for the interested:

alright misc, so I spoke to someone who knows the general idea of armwrestling and is a Physical Therapist.I basically have flexor carpi radialis tendon inflammation and impingement in the tubercle of the scaphoid because of the combine movement of abduction and flexion, and the calluses buildup in the bones.
Guess I'm going to let it heal, focus on stretching the wrist flexors and strengthening the digit and wrist extensors and then reevaluate the way I armwrestle.
Also, I wish to visit a chiropractor but only i I manage to find one in the WHOLE FOCKIN COUNTRY.

Pretty sure that tiny bone is a distal sesamoid then again I only look at x rays of our four legged friends so...

Glad you got some semi resolution, bc I couldn't see chit on the X ray which had me thinking tendons as well but whatever, I'm not a human Dr and I'm not even an animal Dr yet.

redid my xray on my hand but now of my palm to see if I have anything broken in my metacarpofalangeal joint because the pain did not go away. Also a milf there offered to redo my other xray since the other assistant phucked up.
I just armwrestled yesterday and I can confirm that the pain is caused by abduction and flexion, so the flexor carpi radialis tendon diagnosis its true

Update if anyone interested :

I went to a chiropractor a few days ago and i think he fixed it, i am blown away.
I still feel like there is something there but i guess it is because its not healed up completely yet BUT the movement that were hurting me before are not causing any pain now
He did some adjustments on my wrist and elbows, i have no idea what but it hurt a lot when he did it, it was like my wrist bones ( those small ones ) were marbles and he was moving them around. Can't wait to get to the table again and see the difference.

A few years ago i fked up my ankle playing basketball, it was in a cast for a few weeks but it didn't feel right after that.It didn't feel solid and was not stable at all.
He did some cracking to it and after that it felt normal again. Now its swollen but its getting better and better. I can feel it getting really tired if i stand up for too long but i guess its the small muscles that werent used right or werent used at all.

Totally recommend it, i will for sure go back.
