If you have a frys near you. They're doing a midnight release. I would recommend going there for the fact it's a forgotten store that plays video games.

I hit up Wally World at like 11:55. Got in line. They had 14 available.....I was 15th. FML.

My buddy went to check out best buy to lol @ the line....it's around the building. At least 75 people. He investigated and they only have 25 available. The rest of the people are waiting overnight in 30 degrees for another shipment tomorrow morning. Lmao the hype is real brehs...

Got mine easy, within 4 or 5 minutes after midnight. the gamestop i preordered from did it legit. Had people in order based on first person to preorder first to the last. I was #5 and got in and out quickly. No one else was allowed in line that was just purchasing the game only (wii u people) they had to wait in a different line.

I have a pro controller pre ordered at bestbuy because the gamestop I got the switch from apparently didn't get much pro controllers, but bestbuy has like a billion of them. I drove to bestbuy at 12:30 and the line was wrapped around the building. I was like fuk dat i'm getting it tomorrow after work.

2 questions:

Is Zelda a reason you MUST buy the Switch or OKAY to wait until Holiday 2017?

Are all online features active now? I.e. Store, online play, etc.
Union Strong. Workers are stronger together.
The GOP is a criminal organization who despises the middle class and working poor. Name one policy they have pushed for that increased worker pay, union strength, or worker influence in a corporation.

Grabbed one no preorder this morning at a Fred Meyer (kroger). Probably like 25 people in line when I got there at 6:30. They had 35.

^^ Nice, system is incredibly tiny! But it is really nice.

I played about an hour of zelda last night, still at the start of the game =/ Fukin getting murdered out there.

The joycons on the grip is a lot better than what I expected (i have smaller hands). Still getting used to the controls, my pro controller is at bestbuy waiting for me. I went last night to it, but the line was wrapped around the building, not worth it!

IMO, use the joycons with and without grip and see if its something you can adapt to. If not, get the pro controller.

the joy con grip is working fine for me, pro controller not even close to worth it.

Make sure you boyo's get a screen protector.
The culprit? Sliding it in and out of the hard plastic dock. If you gently slide it in and "miss" the USB-C prong, juggling the device into the slot (even carefully) eventually scrapes it against the hard insides of the dock, resulting in little hairline scratches that start to build up over time.
I'm to old for this chit.

Toys r us opened at 10. Got there at 945 was the 6th person in line and they had about 15. For the people that have not got one yet. The employee said that they are getting 15 more in by Sunday

I found a switch this afternoon when I went grocery shopping at fred meyer. first place I looked. didn't buy though. I'm waiting to see how sales pan out. I was a wii u early adoptor and I got burned harder than a disabled jew in a nazi oven.

ouch, i did not get burned at all, i got it refurb for $200 direct from nintendo, then traded it in at $195 for the switch

yeah that's some hng. early adoption though will have you waiting g for true sequels. you'll wait another 5 6 years for another zelda and mario kart 9 probably won't be released on the comsole. you're getting mario kart 8 done the rifht way and that's it. Mario is hng though. I'll probably buy a switch in november. the difference between the wii u zelda abd switch isn't all that much

You are on the fence too much! I don't think the switch will make you happy after zelda, you seem like you would be more happy with the switch during christmas after more titles come out.

It's pretty neat at first but in the end, it's just another console. You turn it on, put the game in, grab the controller and play the software. The portability, to me, is a feature for convenience. I was playing Zelda today and a couple of times had to get up and go somewhere else. So I undocked it and took it with me so I could continue cutting grass.

Does anyone know if Zelda:BOTW is worth getting on the Wii U?

I am asking because some people say there are frame rate issues on the Switch version so I imagine the Wii U might not be powerful enough for the game to run smoothly on it.
