Oh I see lol.

I know the 1500 cals feels. Cut like 40lbs in 3 months that way. 'twas difficult. Probably have to revisit that regime soon. Got like 25lbs to lose.

I saw a reflection the other day and say myself from the side and the back.
My neck is thick as fuark, and my back muscles pop out of my shirt. I was sitting down and I could see my traps and my spinal erectors bulging out.

Thinking about buying a house. Don't know if I will, but I at least have the option.

Got a prototype for something at work banged out this week.
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

Today I'm grateful for...
...a short work week ahead. Rusty's going on vacation.
...spreading my wings here on Bodyspace. Posted some comments in the "Motivation" section. There's a lot of new lifters there that need pep talks and advice. Feels good to help and encourage, even if just a bit.
...A great back/lats workout last night. Best lift I've had in 2017.

Today I'm grateful for

- quit smoking cigs two days ago and started vaping. I'm doing good so far. It's already gotten easier for me to resist those cancer sticks.
- my family. They make me so happy and are always there for me no matter what.
- the weather. Everything in my backyard is blooming out flowers and growing healthy green leaves along with the grass turning back to green. Spring is my favorite season.

Today I am grateful for:

1.Starting the day with cold brew coffee

2. Plan on having a great back workout later this morning

3. My parents for believing in me and being there to listen if I need someone to talk to.

Brahs, I've only been doing this for a few days now but I already feel its having a postive effect on my life. Writing it down as a reminder to do so every day in my planner until it becomes habit. What changes have you all noticed?
