-Had my first cheat meal today in awhile. Didn't get to enjoy it as much as I could have since I scarfed it down so fast.
-As of this morning I've lost 13lbs since January 1st
-Getting to chat with the dude who's locker is next to mine. Cool dude who has similar interests as me.

Thankful for
-Since I no longer pay into debt consolidation, I used my first month of funds in my pocket to support my cousins fundraising for the AVON walk. It was money I was used to not having, so it was easy to part with.
-After donating to my cousin, I checked my bank account and I actually had the same amount plus $95 deposited back to my account from the debt consolidation. I overpaid on my account and they returned it to me. When the hand is open to give, it's open to receive. Feels good man.
-Starting to feel better and not be so sick. Tomorrow is my first OB appointment. I'm nervous but excited at the same time.

Today I am grateful for:
1. Its Friday!
2. My planner/calendar. Helps keep me disciplined and focused. It is a satisfying feeling to cross off small goals and tasks that I complete throughout the day. I wish I had started this sooner in life!
3. My car. Even though its nothing special it is generally a reliable vehicle that gets me where I need to go. Efficient also so saves me $$$ on fuel!

I'm grateful for
- my weightloss. Down 5lbs in three days and I'm not going to stop until I get around 170lbs-180lbs. After that it's time to focus on building muscle and size. I'm truly looking forward to it. I might start lifting when I get to 200lbs or even 190lbs. We will see what happens over time.
- my phone. I can do just about anything on here. Thank god I can listen to music without needing my MacBook Pro. I truly appreciate all the small things in life unlike before when I took everything for granted.
- family. Without them I wouldn't know what to do with myself. Friends come and go throughout life. But, who do you think is going to have your back and support when things get ugly? Family. They will always come to your rescue first before your friends will.

My cut continuing to go well...even though I started and finished a bag of M&Ms this week.

Having time this weekend to get garage sale stuff labeled, again. Also hoping to sell the car

- Got excused from the jury duty summons I received last week. Nice to know my job qualifies as being in the public interest.
- Getting some cheap kiwi fruit.
- Movie night tonight with the wife and daughters.
- I kind of get a long weekend since I'll be at a conference in Banff on Monday and Tuesday. Here's the hotel I'll be staying at:

...a very chill wife who got chuckles while I was flirting with three young hotties on the beach. They asked me to take a pic for them and stuck around and talked for a while. My wife gave me my space and laughed the whole time. She's awesome.
...the young hotties who really stoked my ego. It isn't often a guy gets approached on the beach by women half his age in bikinis.
...Mahi Mahi fish tacos. GOAT tropical seafood.

I won a 50" TV at work for some contest we were having, didn't really expect it when I got the call.
The tri-tip we had for lunch today and of course the pb cookies for dessert.

- nature. Makes the world a much happier place and more pleasant. Everytime I'm outside I just engulf myself in the scenery of the world that's around me. It makes me feel calm.
- tupac. I can relate to his music and he is the goat besides biggie. Whenever I hear pacs music it makes me think back to when everything was ****ed up and dark in my life. So, to this day his music always reminds me of where I came from and how much of a long way I've come as a person since then.
