You guys keep saying that, but there are plenty of rewards for situations that you describe. Just a minor example, bounty hunters are a real thing, and they get paid to go out and catch criminals that have skipped their bail, among other things.

Rewards are given frequently for information regarding murderers or kidnappings.

Sure, 40k is a lot for this type of situation, but whose actually paying the reward? I'm assuming this reward is privately funded.

Either way, the dude that did this needs to be caught, by nearly any means.

Srs though that's way too phuked up. Makes me worry about my cat man he's outside all the time out there living on his own. He barely comes to eat in the winter time either I've seen him like once in the past month. Not sure how he's making it but he's alpha as phuk and whenever I see him he seems in good health. It's not like he lets me take him inside anyway, always prefers outside even in these brutal Canadian winters.
