Just stating this in regard to your statement about it being a "law of physics" that can't be broken. We have not discovered everything, we do not know everything, therefore that is not valid. In fact, its forever changing much the same way quantum mechanics changed the way we approach physics

Once again, I'm not stating this in claim to saying op is wrong; just in a general sense

Haha I did it kind of just to be a dikk.

Nah it's not really of any relevance to the thread, just to the idea that you said scientific chit cannot be changed or negotiated, when in fact it can.
And then the part where you said laws cannot be changed becausse they are laws (we created the definition of a law, laws have been broken in the past, and they sure as chit will certainly be broken in our future)

And then you also put idiots and stuff about people being ignorant, when it was just you being that way, so I had to comment and give you a lot of evidence on the matter.

In order for this argument to even begin, the following must be produced:

1. Pics of said genetic code sequence with the defying gene underlined or it didn't happen brah.
2. Link reference to research article in which said gene was tested and proven to defy the law of thermodynamics.

Until then, thermodynamic laws remain. If you want to argue about conspiracies without evidence, you go to Infowars ******* Alex Jones. In the misc, we obey the laws of thermodynamics.

What.

Ever since scientists realized the sun creates its energy through nuclear fusion they have easily been able to apply the first law of thermodynamics to it.

How does the second law not apply? Entropy of stars definitely increases overtime, that's why they implode.

EDIT: I'm not saying it's not possible, I am well aware of the limitations of science but I'm asking how the sun doesn't follow the laws of thermodynamics.

why don't you try calories in > calories out and tell us how much weight you lose einstein?

He can't argue with one point because so far his stance is to provide so much potato in a single post that it would take 10,000 monkeys at 10,000 typewriters 10,000 years to come up with anything close to the level of garbage he posts.

If you honestly thing the human bodies input and output of energy is working at anywhere near the levels of the sun and approaching losses due to quantum factors you're a fuking massive potato and possibly the potato king of fuking potato town, the capital of potato land. Even millions of un-explainable joules of energy radiated by the sun would scale to mere millionths of a calorie in the levels used by the average person.

TL;DR - If you think the human body breaks the laws of thermodynamics you're a potato and should start buying supps from instagram celebs ASAP.

Ah so it was a theoretical disagreement rather than a practical one. How pointless

Speaking from 23 years experience both in and out of shape, strictly for bodyweight...After having been in outstanding shape when I was younger, I layed down and rotted for ten years. During that ten years I consistently, and excessively stuffed my face and gained a grip of weight rising to 334 at the height of my prolonged rot session. Then I went from 334 lbs to 190 and in good shape again. Half of the loss was while I was on keto. Both on or off keto, every time I stalled all I had to do was drop calories again. After simply dropping calories with NO other changes, I would start to lose again. Been both in and out of shape several times in my life, and each stage was a direct result of calorie consumption. Composition? Compositionwise WHAT I eat has made a noticable difference.

The irony of this thread is that both sides of the argument are correct.

I'm not reading through 5 pages but many retards are completely misconstruing what OP said

OP is NOT refuting the conservation of energy.

I just want to clarify I am talking about pure weight loss. If you are talking about losing BF % then I will agree that going beyond CICO definitely helps but I still maintain the position that any successful cut must have a caloric deficit as a base.
There are ways energy can leave the body without being consumed. You can **** a bunch out for example.
