Truth be told I like my look. I never wanted to look like everyone else.

- Solid hairline, good facial structure, good dark thick eyebrows and masculine features. Despite good physique, your frame in those clothes actually makes you look kinda plodgy/chubby. Only real criticism is to wear clothes to compliment your physique/apperance more. From what I can tell, look like a decent face though, and I assume you're around 30 or so? You could do well with single women in your age group, but you don't have that look to smash prime 18/19 year olds. Overall decent looking, 7/10 bang on, judging from this pic, but hard to tell

I am having a Mandibular Sagittal Split Osteotomy, this shall correct my bottom jaw. This is about 33 percent of the work. I am having Maxillary osteotomy surgery, this should push the front jaw forward and will result in fixing many problems with my bone structure that has been a result of a weak front jaw.

I am praying in the cosmetic success of this operation because I can not continue living like this.

It is not the first time I have been told i look like a serial killer.. well I guess if your told something long enough you start to believe it. i hope for the sake of others for the success of this operation. Because I can not continue living like this, in complete isolation. Attached is a photo of myself without a beard it was the first one I could fine and not particularity good but you can see my ears so I believe its just selfies and I should just get photos from afar, as I can see my ears in the mirror fine.

The photo is from a years ago and I believe I have lost some weight, not a lot but then again whats the point really. Its all about face.
