Have you ever made any money buying little things in bulk and selling them using nothing but word of mouth?

More in control. Grown physically, mentally, more financially stable and feel I have greater life experience to make clear and more decisive decisions

Do you make an effort to stay in contact with friends and family or do you let them contact and come to you?

I genuinely make the effort and if people want me in their life cool beans. If they give me the cold shoulder then I tell myself, "it was great having that person during a season of my life. I wish them the best."

Shoulders - Arnold DB presses and DB shoulder raises. Arms - have recently had good luck with lying bicep cable curls, drop sets can really swell you up.
