I think a lot of vegan brah's get radicalized by constantly having to defend and explain their diet (especially against meat heads, no offence)
Next time hit em with this study
https://www.sciencedaily.com/release...0317132004.htm
- ''Tsiman of the Bolivian Amazon have world's healthiest hearts, says study''
- 14% of their diet is meat
Obviously they can talk about ethics and the US meat industry but you can win on health fairly easily...
Cliffs:
- Almost universally agreed by scientists that a low red meat, non processed food diet is the healthiest

1) Their diet mainly consists of non processed food and wild game. In 99% of places, the average North American is eating factory farmed meat loaded with anti biotics and god knows what. We also eat a ton processed food while these people eat none which I imagine has a significant impact on health quality.
2) These people are incredibly active basically every single during their entire life and only remain inactive for 10% of their entire day. The same simply can not be said for 90%+ of the American population. Its obvious that more exercise leads to a much healthier body. Also it looks like they don't smoke or do any other drugs either.
3) These people eat very little meat consisting of only 10% of their diet. Most people I know eat meat in every single meal, every day.

Vegans: don't use animal products because they want to eliminate unnecessary animal suffering
Where could anyone possibly have a problem with vegans? And most vegans get that you won't switch. Just don't make dumbass arguments with them. Meat is not necessary in a diet, and you can build a world class body without it.

Meat is great for you...If you are against it ethically, then hunt or buy meat obtained by more "ethical" (organic, grass fed, etc) means. Another problem is the cost to eat "ethically". People don't want to spend 2x - 5x the cost of their normal eating to eat ethically. Beliefs usually go out the window then it really hurts your wallet.
If eating "ethically" cost the same as everything else, I don't think this would even be an argument. Ethical in quotes because it is really in the eye of the beholder of how you view animals.

-Saying meat is not necessary is true but it effects quality of life...Meat provides nutrients and vitamins easily where it can be difficult with vegan diets

Now I got a major problem with these POS psychopathic farmers who abuse their animals on purpose. Like those farmers they catch on film kicking cows in the head.
Free range stuff, I don't really care. Use the animal for sustenance, not as an outlet for sick torture fantasies or to blow off steam. Tho if I'm honest I think being Vegan will become the norm eventually. Probably not anytime soon but eventually.

I'm not vegan, and I wont even label myself as anything.
But anyone who thinks what goes on in slaughterhouses is right, or just chooses to disregard it AND be a smartass about it, has some serious lacking issues in their brain chemicals as far as empathy and compassion is concerned. Or am I being too damn obvious?

There isliterallyno argument against veganism on the ethical side
There isliterallyno argument against veganism on the enviromental side
Health side can be debated, but show me board certified doctors successfully reversing or halting advanced heart disease, diabetes and almost every other chronic disease with an animal product based diet. (seriously I don't know of any, let me know if there are). There are several doctors doing this and have been for decades. I'm not talking about cancer.
Vegans are at lower risk for every major disease, fact. Protein deficiency is not a real thing unless you're starving to death. Veganism is not a handicap when trying to build muscle or compete in sport.

But do I agree with animal cruelty? Of course not. If it's a clean, painless kill and the animal doesn't suffer, and is then used completely then I have no problem with it. I think the 2 issues need to be separated and that's where Vegan's have trouble using their brains... Probably due to a lack of protein.
My GF's sister is a hardcore Vegan and was complaining that the photographers on Planet Earth wouldn't stop and assist the animals they were filming while in their natural habitat. I argued for an hour that interacting with them and assisting them would screw up their ecosystem, and probably kill off something else in the process as a domino effect, but she wouldn't listen.
