Yeah, it was cold approach. He said he'd do it on the streets and not in stores cause it's too quiet indoors and girls would be more likely to clam up. Just start a conversation, but quickly get to flirting. He didn't do direct openers unless he felt the girl's body language was really open from the moment he walked up. He was average skin tone like me (see avi). He sent me a video of that girl in particular calling him "black" and herself "white," so even though she was aware that he was darker, she was still dtf. Point is, it matters but he made it not matter.

You need to check out David Bond's youtube channel. Most of his stuff is about picking up girls in Japan. He's not tall and is more tanned than white and tbh is a pretty ugly mofo but still does OK. Has also written guides and video programs on how to pickup in Japan.

Thing is if you had to leave australia to find a gf, your odds of getting a cute one anywhere else in the world is not good. There are plenty of good looking asians in australia brah. The language barrier is just going to make it harder in a country where most people aren't fluent in english
