The problem is that he is saying one thing - he would move on - but does another - keeps trying to win me over.

For example, I've been sick with a cold the past couple of days. Last night he gets home and I go downstairs to get medicine. He offers to make me soup, I say no thanks I already had soup for dinner. He goes to the store, buys all sorts of medicine, tea and stuff to make soup, spends two hours cooking the soup. I tell him don't do it, I already ate and he says: you can have it tomorrow for lunch. This stuff makes me very uncomfortable because he goes through a lot of trouble to do things for me.

It quite possibly is just an annoying roommate and not a threat. However, stories like in the OP show it's better to be safe than sorry if you've got a bad feeling.

If she's wrong,no harm done. We're telling her to move out, not report him to the police.

Can't you just have someone take over your lease? Just advertise it while you look for a new room.

I couldn't imagine having a female room mate unless it was the girlfriend or wife of one of my bros and only if they had their own bathroom. Always brining dudes back, generally messy, hair and weird products everywhere.. No Thx.

My girlfriend doesn't even live at my house and she still uses more of my counter-top space and cabinet than I do.

That said.. I'm returning to college next year and I'll have to rent out a couple rooms in my house. I was looking at comparable locations and what rooms are renting for so I can see what I should charge. On craigslist and half the ads resembled a f**ked up dating site. Haha

I'm actually buying a home in the next couple of moths so I can't sign a lease anywhere else. We have separate bathrooms so it's not too bad.

he is def trying to win you over but it aint working,

either way i dont see a problem with him wanting to go through all that trouble on top of you telling him not to, that was his decision,

unless he is genuinely autistic and you can tell from the way you guys talk etc, his body language, then there really isn't a problem
