Having banged a bunch of both, I definitely felt better about the butter faces.

Why do you self sabotage yourself over and over at work.

Comfort - fear- and self-fulfilling prophecy. We tend to become what we set out not to be. Maybe we don't self-sabotage ourselves, but are fearful of what what we are destined to become.

Good question .... I can bake a lot of cakes and deserts like that but as far as cooking dinners probably 6 or so lol. I don't cook a lot of casseroles and complicated dishes.
Usually just protein, salad, and two sides type stuff

What type of bathing suit do you like most on a woman ?(summer is coming...)

Bottoms with the ties on the sides of hips
Sporty X back top

Nope, I think I'm generally very emotionally stable, but when I do become over-emotional I tend not to eat. I am, however, counting macros daily for the first time over the past month and I just binged this past weekend, but I still felt in control.

I've gained lots of knowledge (about lifting + nutrition and also life). Made a few good friends as well. I love it when people share their personal stories. Sometimes I am able to relate to them and then make better decisions/choices based on their experiences.

Do you think everyone deserves a second chance or that would depend on who the person is?

Do you think everyone deserves a second chance or that would depend on who the person is?
In most cases Id say yes. It does however depend on the nature of the person and nature of the issue in which they cause you harm or to be let down IMO

Do you think weeks and time are going by fast at the moment? Have you achieved what you had set out at the start of the year by this point now that we are a quarter of the way through the year?

Yup. Time is literally flying as of now.

I have achieved a lot more in terms of fitness and also other aspects of life. Only my career needs fixing now.
