Joined the Misc 2011 and lurked before with your cell phone thread being one of the first thread I read thinking to myself "anyone with determination can start and make something of an idea" Mired hard at your working with your business and still being a total badass (Arnold Olympia thread etc etc ).

Stay strong brother. You are also an inspiration to a couple of lurkers I know IRL

Met her online actually. Saw her on Tinder, and a couple of other dating websites. Seemed to hit it off pretty quickly.

Just consider yourself blessed. I mean, think about the children with cancer, think about kids with Preogeria. There are people born who never even get a chance. I live in the greatest country in the world. I have been given so many opportunities in my life. Take advantage of them. Don't ever feel down. There are people so much worse off than you.

Thank you bro. I want to help more people out. Ill probably make some threads again. I stopped making them because people were just copying my business, and some competing against me. Now, they really cannot with how our market works.

wow i honestly didn't know you had all these problems.

i saw on the other thread in the finance section whereby Adnim said that only Shayz was the real misc ceo and you mentioned that your other friend was a legit baller too. I followed his IG and can confirm. mirin hard as fk, wouldn't expect that you will have your fair share of health problems.

the misc these days especially these past 2 years have been pretty toxic and i'm not sure why. i have been lurking for a long while since 08 and the recent years it has just gone downhill. loving that a high rep miscer (which what the current ***gots are worshipping these days) is spreading positivity.

can i just ask what are you working as now / what businesses do you own?what advice would you give a 23 year oldthat has his life turned 180 for the worst in 2016. (dad had a brain aneurysm and became a vegetable, leaving behind 1-200k worth of debts. had to cancel a **** ton of plans and forcing me to drop every plans i had).

now i'm picking myself up after a bad year of depression, getting out of it pretty well as compared to many others. i wanna make it in life and be successful and not worry about my finances in time to come. i also do know that living is important and i do cherish everyone around me that has helped me through this tough time. i grew a lot the past year and i want to make sure that i ask as many questions as i can from successful people in different sectors of life that i can learn from to be a better me.
The world would be a better place if everyone would channel their frustration and anger to better themselves and be nicer to everyone they meet. Everyone has their own fights and stories to tell, you are not more important than another.

I hope most of MISC gets to read this post, OP. Maybe they will have a moment of clarity and ask themselves if their threads were really necessary to discuss:
- STEM vs Tradies
- dick size
- whats a sloot and what isn't
- lucid dreaming
- all the other crap they keep posting about

Finding the woman who loves you for you puts things in perspective and is such a great moment in life. Glad you have it and enjoy it. All the best to you, ShayZ.

As unfortunate as it is ShayZ, all of those things you consider as negative factors were actually key into helping you harness that inner drive that lead to your success.

You managed to defy the odds and find success very early on in life.
You built a resilient foundation for yourself and managed to persevere through the cards you were dealt. That's strength. That's ambition.
You did what very few people are able to do, and that's found your true potential and unleashed it.
Whether you realize it or not, you've inspired people. You've given people a blueprint to find their own path and pave the way for their personal success.

Hold your head up high, because at the end of the day you've made something of yourself and made your loved ones proud.

yea, hoping to meet up with 1fast1 for lunch in a couple weeks here. Dudes life is ballin. I still strive to get there, and I am working towards those goals.

As for now, I still own InjuredGadgets.com
I am working on a Point of Sales system that is 2 weeks from beta release. Itll be at repairbeat.com. Its been about a year in the making, and right at $100,000 in startup costs. But it'll be worth it I am sure.
The third thing I am working on is a community forum and blog for repair store owners. I bought the domain gadgeter.com for it and hope it can be up in about 3 months.
Honestly, the past few months and following months I plan to just grow the hell out of my business. We did a little over $12 million gross last year, but I want to push that to $20 million this year. I am pushing really hard right now because I am not sure of the future. I have to make sure that my wife, my parents, and my sister/business partner are well taken care off. Because if I have to leave this earth I don't want them hurting for money or wondering what to do next.

Can you PM me or call me? Do you have FB or whatsapp? I think your question is more built for a conversation rather than a quick paragraph answer. PM me, let's chat.

FAs need to understand that 10/10 women aren't necessarily the best.

My fianc is not the best looking woman I have ever dated, but she is BY FAR the best person I have ever dated.

Oh absolutely.

If I had friends in high school, if I had a social life, I probably would not have built my first company at 13. I wouldn't have built an advertising network at the age of 17.
But thats what miscers need to realize. I had my social life door closed. My family was pretty below average. We didn't have money. I still regret begging my mom for a Nintendo 64. She didn't have the money and showed me some poverty video game console for $30, and I told her I wanted the N64, I dont know how she bought it, but she did. I feel like a piece of **** for being 12 or whatever and begging for it.
Regardless, sorry I went off tangent. That lack of social success led to me sitting at home on a computer finding ways to make money from things I loved like Anime and DragonballZ.

Miscers can do it. I still never thought I would find true love. No matter how successful I was. I cannot tell you how uncomfortable I was with girls when I started dating. Sure, I was personable, sure I was more attractive and fit. But got damn, my confidence was still ****. It took me over 5 weeks of dating and probably 8-10 dates to even kiss my current wife... I lacked so much confidence. But why?
If a girl likes you and eventually loves you, she really doesn't give a shi.t about all of that. Your lack of confidence will only push her away. One girl I dated was so broken down and sad that I hadn't kissed her by the 4th date. She was like why aren't you affectionate? It was because of that, that helped push me to my wife.

I explained to her why I had low self confidence, why it was hard for me to make a move, etc etc. She stayed, yes it was a bit beta. But once again, the right woman won't care.

I had a rough life growing up. I wasnt popular in Highschool. I was overwight, I was out of shape, I am Indian (which the Misc classifies as some type of disease apparently).
In HS, I often sat in the bathroom eating lunch by myself. I got picked on, people called me carpet rider, camel jockey, it was rough, but I always tried to make the best of it.
In my 20's I had low self esteem. I honestly believed no girl would ever even consider me, look at me, let alone ever love me.

Don't believe those things miscers. I had and still have the worst stretch marks from my skin disorder, I have/had horrible loose skin. I have acne, and have a lot of pitted marks all over my face. But guess what? I found someone who loves me more than I could ever have imagined. She is amazing, and doesn't care about any of those things. I still look down on myself all the time for my physical issues. But she doesn't see them. She only sees me.

A beautiful amazing woman won't care if you are as ripped as Zyzz, she will love you for who you are. Listen to this song anytime you feel like you cannot find a woman because of your physical insecurities, and understand that the right woman won't be about that.

I sent you a private message, but can't confirm if it has been sent you so I wrote out this:

I was incredibly moved by your posts and related so much, I'm a 26 year guy from Ireland who has a very rare brain condition that leaves the left hand side of my head behind my eye and ear aching like a golf ball and I have had it since I was 18, started one morning out of the blue as eye grit, and I know I can't do much good for you (I understand how annoying it is to be offered advice on medicine and acupuncture and reiki and every medicine tradition under the sun from eastern to western, north and south, as well intentioned as it can be). The sheer wildness and all encompassing nature of our conditions and alienation is simply beyond words for normies, I'm here if you want to talk, anytime. Frankly there is so few of people like us, I couldn't in good consciousness, NOT reach out to you.

I've been over to 25+ doctors, the very best (travelled to the USA and UK as well) several cutting edge in their field and I understand what it's like to hear that even of you were an oil sheik loaded with billions, you'd still have the problem. I suppose there is a bare comfort in that.

So anyway I'll add you as a friend. Posts like your help people like myself too.
In the end, it boils down to two simple choices. Either you do or you don't. You'd think with all the problems in this world, there'd be more answers. It's not fair... but that's the way things are. The choice is yours.

Nah, had one. It was called Zonify Ads. Back when popups were king. This was before google adwords even existed.

Never brah, never giving up. But I am also a realist. I want to live, and Ill do everything I can to be better. But its also disheartening when every time I go to a doctor they find something else new. I try my best to keep my hopes up, I try my best to believe and hope that things will get better. I wont lie, it gets hard sometimes. I do get down sometimes, Im human. But I promise this; I will do every damn thing I can to get better.

Hell yea bro. I love talking to people who have some type of condition. Because it really is hard to relate. People can read and empathize, but they don't really grasp what its like. I have a friend who has a tumor in his brain or growing against his brain. So somewhat similar to you. He has gone to so many neurologists and other types of doctors. Fluid builds up and he gets wonky here and there until they release it.

I have had 3 pulses of dexamethasone primarily after my platelets dropped to 3000, and was on a very high dose of prednisone (80 mg for about 6 weeks).
Honestly the pred didnt mess with me too much, the dexa pulse made me feel like absolute ****. And thats not me, Im never down. But holy shi.t was I down after the pulses.

For sure bud. Ill make it out of all of this, I hope so. But in case I don't I wanted to post because at the same time I want to record how I felt. Just in case... I want my family to know how I felt, and not to feel sorry for me. I want them to know that life was amazing and full.

Well hopefully I can control the emphysema (doc said it stays the same or gets worse), and the ITP (well, thats just a lifelong disorder, but Ive read people who can live long lives with it). My concern is what is causing the emphysema and why did it decline so fast. If they can figure that out Ill be much happier. I almost feel like everything is semi connected. But they just dont know yet. Hopefully medical knowledge advances quickly enough. I definitely think stem cell treatment could be an answer to regenerate whatever is going bad inside of me.

Thank you man. Yea that song really hit me in the feels. It helped me further realize just how amazing my girl is. She doesn't want me to be a superman, she doesn't care if I have muscles, she doesn't care if I gain weight. She just wants me for me, she just wants me to be there, she just wants to be able to be snuggled by me and loved by me. That's what she wants. That's what I have to give her.

My sister made me a Bart Simpson website on Angelfire back when I was 13... I then decided to create a Dragonball Z website on Homestead which was all drag and drop. I assumed website were that simple. I then saw some amazing DBZ websites and wanted to build one like them. Realized I had to learn HTML. Started reading source codes off the websites I loved and learned HTML. I then went to one of my favorites anime sites at that time called Anime XL, it was designed beautifully. The webmaster taught me how to use photoshop a bit, and I updated his website all the time. Eventually he was letting Anime XL die so I went and built my own anime website called Anime Instinct. It was receiving over 10,000 visits a day in its peak. I then made a network. I created a topsite, and was able to buy animetopsites.com (the 2nd most popular anime based topsite behind anime100.com.) Lots of people had the free anime sites on angelfire, geocities, etc back then. So I then bought animehost.com to host anime based websites for free. With multiple categories. Like Animehost.com/DBZ, animehost.com/Gundam, etc etc.

They all backlinked Animeinstinct.com and it became one hell of a network.

I use to run online ads thru banners and some popups. Well I knew so many webmasters from being in the field that I decided to build my own online advertising agency. Zonify.com was born and in our first year we grossed around 1.5 million. By this time I was 17. I never had money before really and money was coming in easy...

I stopped working hard and spent hundreds daily. I was stupid and young. I lost it all by 19.

I went back to school and started working at a bank. I told myself I would never start another company. I was happy. 3 years later I started my own company again. Thats another story which ive posted here many times.
