You want to eat right foods for your body otherwise you will get sick.

I don't understand metabolisms because I have read a book written by Cardiologist who also talks about metabolism and reason why it slows down as you age. How your cells function on cellular level. I do not think it is bs when people talk about fast and slow metabolism.

When I get home I will link the discussion and few points because I can not remember.

I have some in my progress pics. My legs are a bit more defined now but I still have a long way to go for sure!

QUOTE=kimm4;1489969671]Did you hit 130 lbs yet? If this^^is your overall goal I would start the building process now eating in a calorie surplus and take random breaks eating at maintenance.[/QUOTE]

I'm 131/132 after I've eaten lol. So I need to start eating at maintenance even if I have a little bit of fat to lose? The only spot I have left is a little bit of love handles still. It's gotten way better though!

I know they aren't totally accurate but I've been measuring my bf% for awhile on a handheld omaron (so?) Whatever it is. I have gone from 30% bf to 17% it's taken awhile to get there though.

True. But there's not a lot of room for crap while you're dieting. That was my point.

Exactly simplest thing is fine your tdee(I track with a spreadsheet) then adjust intake accordingly but no one ever wants to count cals lol. So they make losing weight more complicated than it has to be lol.

Figure out your intake based on your goal. Hit your protein and divide the remaining calories as you see fit. All foods are fine in moderation...nothing has to be off limits.
This. People tend to overcomplicate weight loss. I don't count carbs tbh - on a cut I get around 120-140g protein, "enough" fats, and then whatever else. Calories and protein/fat numbers are most important (for me) on a cut. Carbs are good for energy

And this. It's really that simple. A pizza will leave you holding a little extra water due to sodium levels but as far as nutrients go, your body won't automatically detect it as being "bad."

As for competing Girlgoneweird, whether you'll be at comp level next year depends on a mixture of your genetics, cut/bulk cycles, and obviously your workouts. Keep in mind the lower bf you reach, the harder it'll be. Some people can reach that level easily but for others it takes more time and patience. I've never competed myself but I know Kimm (who also coaches) has (and possibly a few others?) so they'd be able to provide more guidance

Kinda. total weight, muscle mass, genetics, your sex and drug use also plays heavily on your TDEE.

Yeah its crazy.

All you have to do is get 1.5g of proton per lb of bodyweight
Dont eat right before bed or anytime past 5pm
Be sure to meet that anabolic window
Always consume a meal every 2 hours
Drink 2 gallons of water
BCAA's are a must
And get a PWO with at least 500mg of caffeine

It isn't that hard.....geez

Don't forget doing a bro split and only training each muscle group once a week or you'll not only overtrain but actually start losing muscle. Because you know, protein synthesis absolutely does not end after 48 hours in natural athletes.

You're supposed to over train with supersets every day. Hit muscle groups every day. Cant grown if you don't use the muscles every day brah! Srs, Mark Lobeliner told me this. Rich Piana said do 8 hour arm days. His arms are 24 natty inches bruh, I think he knows how to do it right.

Holy chit first off why did this ugly slob get unbanned

2nd weight loss is just calories in calories out don't be an autist and overcomplicate it

1lb a week is the most you should lose if you want sustainable results, anything more than that is most likely short term results and you will just gain the weight back and might be even heavier than you started at

Also full body x3 a week mon wed fri is the best way to train for natties since protein synthesis only lasts for 24-48

Really??
But I need to gain some more muscle. I definitely have some though. Look at my progress pics of my back. I'd say my back has made the fastest progress.

I'm looking forward to getting that strong curves book in and seeing what I can do!

hormone levels also play a huge huge role in weight loss/gain... why else do athletes take them? lacking certain ones or having an imbalance can definitely cause issues
