SOCOM 2 is still the best online shooter game I have ever played, and it's not even close. 3 was definitely awesome too and I probably played it just as much, but 2 was the chit



Monica. Supposedly they've been doing a slight remake of SOCOM 2 for PS4, using the same maps and chit. It's been a while since I heard anything, I think it was a kickstart program or something, idk.
I hope you arent talking about H-Hour...thought that was a failure. Had potential though. Ya I agree Socom 2 is still the best online shooter period.

Thanks babes, pretty stoked.

I'm going to replace the hand guard right off the bat, getting a Seekins Mlok hand guard. I got the latest gen/enhanced RPR, so I don't need to make all of the necessary changes to the first gens like the bolt shroud.

I'll shoot it enough to see how I like the stock and such, don't want to change anything until I get a feel for it. The hand guard is still basically considered a must change on the enhanced models, but other than that I want to wait until I see what I like and don't like.

I only shoot at BLM land man. About an hour and a half south of San Jose off of the 5. Maybe one of these days we can link up and I'll show you.

I think they have 60,000 acres of public land, you can shoot virtually anywhere. Endless opportunities to shoot long range there.

What's a legitimate background check site I can pull my records up?

I need to find some public records of myself in another state. I'm applying for a LTC and even though the time is lapsed I need to check on the status of an arrest I had back in college.

It was VERY stupid and got dismissed under a silly pretense. Basically I was accused of stealing my own car....

I suppose that's the smart move, I just really hate keymod lol, plus I like the flat rail bottom on the Seekins, but no point getting it before trying it out. Thanks.

Ok, this has been driving me crazy for seven movies now, and I know you're going to roll your eyes, but hear me out: Harry Potter should have carried a 1911.

Day at the range today. Stopped at gun store on the way back. Guy was trying to trade a Shield and G43+night sights and 3rd mag towards a Performance Center Shield (not sure what else). Overheard the offer...$290 for the G43 with Trij night sights and <$200 for the Shield (well duh). After he declined and was leaving I offered $350 for the G43 because you know 350 but no dice. Probably I could have had it for less than the cost of a new one + already with night sights...probably should have tried but oh well

Yeah ranges are way too restrictive and suck the fun out of shooting. Plus everywhere around here gets so crowded so fast you better be there in line when it opens or good luck getting a lane. Driving 1.5 hours isnt too bad if you spend a good part of the day out there, up towards sac was the other option my buddy was talking about- so 2 hours that way as well. We definitely should get together at some point, both for the shooting and the hiking/climbing idea.
