When I had my car, I used to wash it religiously. I'd spend 4 hours + just on the exterior. Wash, chamois dry, clay bar, buff, wax, buff. I don't know why tf I never bought an electric buffer. I've had my Xterra now for over 5 years now and I think I've washed it about 3 times. And I didn't go anywhere near that level of detail.
Had a good time at the range. Shot 300 yds, then pulled targets in the pit while the other relay shot 300/600 yds, then shot from 600 yds. Couple of pics. I felt like I did better at 300 yds than I expected and worse at 600 than I expected. I got into a funk single loading my sighters improperly, jamming them causing bullet set back, and having to clear and pull a new round. It was unsettling. Was basically too slow on the two misses screwing around. Felt ok for my first time shooting at 600 yds. Can't wait to go back.

The little structure on the right there is a machine gun bunker for practicing with a 50 cal. The road next to it is completely littered w/ richocheted 50 BMG bullets. Picked one up that was in good condition because I couldn't believe it was just laying there.
Lots of fun. This was shot at Academi. I was going to buy a shirt at the proshop but they closed at noon on Saturdays.
Good shooting. So when are you going to try a nice bolt gun?

Got my VP9 completely torr down and thrown back together, having the right punches helps, along with a lot of patience. Not something I would particularly suggest for someone who isn't comfortable/hasn't done much like this before, but by no means is it something you need to take HK's armorers class for.

Also - not a fan of the match spring set, reset was too light and preferred factory anyways, cheap to try out at least, ended up throwing the factory goods back in. I may pick up a lobos trigger sometime but for now I just need to shoot more.

For those who CCW without a rnd chambered, just dont. Anyone who does that is really not ready to CCW and it can cost you your life. A graphic example with a really crappy outcome:
In an armed robbery that took place in Bakersfield, California, the store owner and his son quickly found themselves up against a few armed robbers.
The store owner had some things that he did correctly, such as being armed, but his biggest –and deadliest– mistake was not keeping a round in the chamber.
Not having a round in the chamber cost him his life, and the life of his son.
In the video above, you can see the store owner handing over his wallet to the armed robbers. One tip to point out in this situation is to, if possible, throw the wallet away from you so that the bad guy can divert his or her attention to the thrown wallet instead of yourself. This, in many instances, can give you the advantage of drawing your firearm and firing that first shot.

2 50-rd mags
$150 ammo
The gun I posted is $1159.99 w/ code April20
If the cost of 2 mags and 150 rounds of ammo and the convenience of this guy coming to your house (holy ****, lol at how stupid you'd have to be to conduct a transaction negotiated on backpages at your home) is worth $600, then this is a really ****ty firearm and you should probably pass.
