No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable. -Socrates

6'1.5 217lbs right now

1. 40 yd dash can't remember what I did, but i was the 2nd fastest on my team. If I remember it was around 4.7-4.8. Nothing amazing but I am more of a 100yd dash guy

2. 225lbsx10-12 i think. Not that good. Fuk my bench lol

3. vertical jump no idea, but I can dunk easily. And this pic might show I'd do pretty well...

4. Broad jump don't know the numbers, but I would beat most of the track team when I did it. srs. In HS and middle school no one ever beat me either.

Was a striker/forward, hence the name "deadlystriker" hehe. Thanks brah.

Yea I think by the end of my career in college I was a lot quicker besides just top end. If I would have played a position in football it would have been wide receiver. Have really good hands and a good jump. Coaches tried to get me to play football in hs.

But physically I am like a child compared to a lot of those guys lol. Had a lot of potential athletically, but really nothing too special compared to a lot of football players lmao.

The good old days

Very poorly. I've never tested my vertical or broad jump. Haven't benched heavy in a long time as I focus on conditioning/a pump. I doubt if I could bench 225 for more then 4 or 5 reps. I've never timed my 40 yard but I've two buddies that played (One college one HS) and both ran a 4.6 and I was always quicker then the were (sprinting side by side not with anyone holding a stopwatch).

I've very fast/agile, but definitely not built for football. Only 5'8 175 and a fairly small bone/joint structure. I grew up wakeboarding, snowboarding, skateboarding, climbing, wrestling/grappling, etc. definitely not doing team sports or training in that arena.

Even if you are a genetic beast it takes years to get the skill/physicality down. I excel more in agility and endurance.

Yea in that pic I was 6'1 and 185lbs pretty shredded. I think between 185-195lbs is my ideal pure athleticism weight.

If somebody here posts a sub 5 second time on film with three trained independent timers comparing the average I'll rep them 10 times in a row.

Never mind that hand times are quicker than the laser times at the combine due to human error.

I could probably bench 225 12 times if I really prepared for it.

In high school freshmen year my 40 time was like 4.8

But I weigh literally like 50 more pounds than I did at the time lol.

5'10 around 205
Bench: 45lbx4,500 reps
Deadlift: 100x6,500 reps
Squat: wtf is "squat"?
