Srs I think those halogen lights (yellow color chit) make the room look chitty. Swap in some of those that have the white /blue tint and I think you'll be money Brody. It will make the place look less sad and more happy, if that makes sense

Some people don't give a fuk about that stuff. Mt place is smaller than OPs and I pay a lot more. I have underground parking here. If I want to throw a party I can because we have a chit ton of amenities here because it's not poverty as fuk. I can walk to get basically anything I want. Etc.
