Brahs over 30, when is it over?

How old do you feel?

What do you no longer do, which you did in your 20's?

How young are your pulls?

How happy are you with your physique/aesthetics?

Just found gray hair on my body. I can take head hair but gray body hair? Gross. Bummed.

I don't drink as much as I did in my 20's.

I lifted seriously starting at age 21, and don't have the physique to show for it but I maintain that it's never too late to cope. I don't care a lot, I'm not as self-concious IRL.

My facial hairs sport tons of gray but I have yet to get gray hairs yet, and I have no receeding. It's a full head of hair. But my facial hairs many of them are gray, I swear some even white.

It's not really over, I could live to be 90 something, but it's slower. More sluggish. Hangovers hurt more. I guess.

My brothers older than me and runs multiple miles per week with his wife, plays guitar, acts, and is a raw vegan fruitarian freak. He gave up weights a long time ago, he feels and looks fine compared to me. He never uses deodorant, he says being vegan like filters anything that causes nasty odors out of your body. His wife does use something under her arms I think. He barely brushes his teeth either I sh*t you not has a near perfect smile, he says raw vegans don't get bad breath/BO/etc... I don't get close enough to him, but I never notice anything offending...

Am 35, feel as good as I have through my 20s.

Things I no longer do which I did in my 20s: All nighters, wear "funny" tee shirts.

No grey body hairs yet but I do get them in my eyebrows now, that was a rough day lol.

- about the same as my mid-late 20's. I can't go as long without training before I start to feel lethargic.

- Cant jump into exercises like I used to. I definitely have to warm up (hated warming up...stretching etc)
- Have to be a little more careful about diet
- Pick up women. I have to remind myself that I can come off as that old creepy guy if I don't watch it.

- 28-ish

- I cant say objectively. I do eat right and think I look pretty okay but I'm also going down that old-man-dont-give-a-**** style thinking.

- Dont have grey body hair so I cant say. At this point I'd be okay with it.

It's weird. I know I'm going to feel young and great at 35-40. But that's the exact age women are becoming infertile and beginning menopause.

36 here. No cope when I say I feel better now than I ever did in my 20's. But I got married and started my business when I was 30 so having my life sorted probably contributes greatly to feeling good mentally and physically.

How young are your pulls?

better than ever srs have gotten 19-40 at this age. Seems easy to get young girls with daddy issues or cougars.

How happy are you with your physique/aesthetics?

It needs work but im getting there. I'd be happy with it for everyday life but trying to live that indy wrassler dream.

- Very happy. Don't look close to 51. About 40-42. In great shape, outrun many guys on the court 30 years younger (SRS - a guy yelled at his teammate last week after I smoked him downcourt for a fastbreak catch and layup, "How can you let him beat you downcourt??? He's 50!!!"

SRS tho, you only get old in actions, fuk what the numbers of years say. I still sports, video games, comics, etc. I can't even *imagine* my Dad acting like I do when he was my age. He ACTED old. Fuk that.

I don't have any experience in this but I think it's only over for people in their 30s when they spend years not taking care of themselves and eating like chit.

I still have a 20's mindset.

Lift as heavy as ever.
Eat like chit (starting to have effect so cutting back)
Play video games and watch silly chit on youtube.
Seek out the young booty.
Get stupid with my brahs.
Miscing.

Not ready to give that chit up yet.

Well according to the misc logic around here my tour was over when I hit 23 or has that changed to 19 now?

Life was 100% more insane around 18 - 21.

My favorite memories being
°scoring free drinks
°scoring free lifts home from clubs. My bestie and myself had best scam running, we would lure guys in with false hope of 3some, telling them our parents left for the weekend but only to realise when at our drive way, arrrhh crap they came home early. Too bad laters thanks for the ride.
^^^^ can't do above anymore. I would feel bad for the guy now because I have a heart now
°remember searching haunted locations and check them out with a bunch of friends at strange hours

Ohhhh currently not happy with body. Seems now when I eat cake I have to count the friggin calories.
