Don't feel any different than when I was 20. Don't lift as much but have an active job and hobbies. Still get yucky, watch my weight, never got married, don't have a stressful job, don't smoke, don't have kids. Should probably eat a lot better than I do.

Its attitude though. Refuse to grow up. Act old, you are old. You can act old at 25..

I feel young still, bartenders still ask for my ID.. I can still snowboard/Mtn bike with 20 year olds and keep up just fine.

Anywhere from 21-35, I prefer 25+ because most sloots under 25-26 are complete tards.

I've never been happy with my physique, but making good progress now. I'm more motivated to stay fit.

If I don't trim my body hair I look like walking carpet. Always been that way. Sucks.

Only thing that sucks about 30 is you really need to start considering your future if you haven't yet.

Physically in great shape. I don't feel any different from 20.

The only things that have changed are I've more responsibility, more money, nicer possessions, more confidence, more success, and ultimately more wealth.

I lifted seriously starting at age 21, and don't have the physique to show for it but I maintain that it's never too late to cope. I don't care a lot, I'm not as self-conscious IRL.

My facial hairs sport tons of gray but I have yet to get gray hairs yet, and I have no receeding. It's a full head of hair. But my facial hairs many of them are gray, I swear some even white.

It's not really over, I could live to be 90 something, but it's slower. More sluggish. Hangovers hurt more. I guess.

My brothers older than me and runs multiple miles per week with his wife, plays guitar, acts, and is a raw vegan fruitarian freak. He gave up weights a long time ago, he feels and looks fine compared to me. He never uses deodorant, he says being vegan like filters anything that causes nasty odors out of your body. His wife does use something under her arms I think. He barely brushes his teeth either I sh*t you not has a near perfect smile, he says raw vegans don't get bad breath/BO/etc... I don't get close enough to him, but I never notice anything offending...
Not sure if srs. All those vegans/hippies have an odor. Or maybe I can just smell really well.

The ONLY person I've ever met that lives that life-style and doesn't use deodorant and doesn't have an odor is a female that showers 3 to 5 times per day and spends about 90% of her time indoors.

If you have the luxury of being a stay at home house-wife that showers before she goes out and showers when she gets back home and spends all day in the house yeah, you can go deodorant free and manage pretty well.

I'm 40. The only difference now is I'm ready for bed at 9:00 and I hate television. Still horny, still lift heavy, still have 98% of my hair.

I'm 100% honest when I say I'm more attractive now then when I was 20. Lifting, eating healthy, having a good skincare routing and maintaining low body fat goes a long way.

I feel good for a 36 year old. Beard is graying out, has been for years. Still weightlifting and keeping my diet somewhat good for a powerlifter. Amazed that my lifts are going up still. Alot heavier than my age 25 days.

I don't know. Don't be a lazy turd and you will be good as you age.

I'm being serious. He says that anyway. He's come to stay with me before, him, his wife and kid. I didn't see any deodorant he packed. He cooks meals when he's here too, I'd be a raw vegan too if he or a chef did all the work.

Started feeling like it was over about a month before 30.

I no longer go out drinking, I no longer travel at will, I stress about my future and money, I find myself no longer living in the moment
My aesthetics are chit, but they have been since I broke my arm a few years ago

You're only as young as your girlfriend. srs.

I'm 34 but don't feel any different than I did when I was in my mid 20s. I was lighter then, but that's the price you pay for gains.

I'm married to a 23 year old Colombian tigre with dat ass. Keeps me young.

30s are 10000x better than the 20s as long as you take care of your health.

honestly at age 25 my credit is almost on "very good" and im poised to save about 400/mo unless an emergency drains my funds.. age 30 should have 2 cars paid off, a real house and my son will be 9. not sure what "over" means but im really looking forward to my 30s.

Mid 30's life is good, stronger than I've ever been, have a few grey hairs but they aren't noticeable. Might have to slow down in my 40's but I don't plan on it

In on old geaser thread.

About to turn 28, starting to worry about maintaining my glory into the 30's. Beginning to feel older, not in college anymore.

I hear lots of well-shaped older dudes in the city say 30 is the new 20. Hope it's true. Iv still never gotten totally shredded like a sik****zyzzbrah

What do you wish you did towards the end of your 20's to help you kick ass in your 30's?

I am 32 and married to a 29 year old woman. Neither of us have any grey hair or crippling ailments. We have two kids and friends with kids who we hang out with a few times a month. When not working or otherwise engaged I spend a lot of time working on my house... I always have a project going.

I really enjoy my life. Things are way better in my 30's than they were in my 20's.

The key is letting your interests change as you get older so you can always feel fulfilled. It never has to be over.
