I turn 38 shortly and I feel pretty good. I'm a little smarter these days and more careful about what I do so I don't get injured. Warming up is a huge difference. Back in college I wouldn't even bother warming up. These days it takes me 20 minutes. Crazy.
The good thing about getting older and being in shape is that it's rare. Just don't see many 30+ year olds with abs or a decent build.

I am 35 and loving life, I think it's kinda a sweet spot of adulthood. Sure there are things appealing about being 21 again but being at a place where income and free time is adequate enough and I still feel young is very nice, life is simply very enjoyable. I workout and watch my diet and feel great, sure I don't carry muscle and strength like I did in my early 20s but I am in better shape than 99% of people my age (sadly for them, fat America). No kids for me BTW, I'm sure that changes things, just thought of the responsibility of that makes me want to kill myself.

The good:
*Extremely easy to pull 19-25yr old chicks, especially since most have a "daddy" need
*Probably at the peak of muscularity
*House/cars/career all going strong
*Lifting routine and diets all worked out and I know what I need to do for any goal
*Beard comes in nice and thick
*No need to drink like a dumb ass every weekend
The bad:
*Hair gets a little thinner every year
*Body wouldn't take doing heavy deadlifts/Squats every week like when I was in my 20's
*A lot more minor injuries that are nagging
*Career takes up a lot more time
*Friends are mostly locked down by their wives
*People look at you funny when you still train consistently past the age of 30, or even 25.

Loose = The bolts are loose.
There = She is there now.
Their = They have their things.
They're = They're going to the mall.
To = They came to the house.
Too = That's too bad.
Two = 2.
Your = Your dinner is ready.
You're = If you're 150lbs you better have a 6 pack.

3.9-10 years younger. I am engaged now so it is changing. If I were to get older the younger I can get as I get older. Say I was single and 45, I am sure getting a 25-28 year old wouldnt be hard.
4. 6.75/10( my physique is as good as it has ever been, if not better. but I'm never satisfied)
My 30s are my fav decade so far. 100% srs. Most confident I have been in my life.

Older brahs.
Does drinking alcohol on the weekend "HONESTLY" fuk you up later?
I'm saying this vs the brahs that drink daily.

A lot of us just fail to see appeal after a few years. Drinking was fun in my twenties, now I just nurse a few while hanging out with some crazy friends and watch the world burn.
When I get roped into shots and drinking a lot I don't feel right till the next night. It sucks.

Feel great, I'm 41, married to a great girl, 5 kids and kept my shiz together physically. Got some grays in the temples but still have all my hair. Still have good cardio, but the days of slapping on three plates have passed for me. I have never been more attractive to female of almost all ages as I am now for some terribly ironic reason but I don't fall for it. Overall very happy, just wish my shoulders still worked.

It's not over. I'm early 30's and life is just beginning.
how old I feel depends on how well I slept. Sometimes 15 and sometimes 100. Hangovers are still relatively weak, had far worse in my teens, but didn't take care of myself at all.
Still can pull teens on occasion.
Didn't expect to hit 30, but now could hit 80 or so I figure. Good genes.
My finances could be better but that's the cost of living as an honest hustler.
Take care of yourself and it'll be ok man.

When I think about how I looked at 25 and the possibilities that laid before me and the women I could attract with just a smile a little part of me dies inside, knowing that those days are gone and I'll never look/feel that good again. It's actually genuinely difficult to cope with. I am sporting a shoulder/neck injury though which has also decreased the joy of life and accelerated my aging.

I'm approaching 60 (this must seem ancient to some lol) and I still feel great about how I look and feel.
I guess I'm lucky to have good genes but I have taken care of myself over the years and it's certainly paid off!
Most of my mates are fat and looking a good deal older than me, I know at some stage I'll start to deteriorate and I'm old and wise enough to except it, but I'm determined to stay in the best shape I can for as long as possible.

I'll also add that I wish I cared more about my health at a younger age by doing things like wearing sunscreen and eating more veggies. My recipe for GOAT 30's has been:
- No nagging wife, or kids although it would be nice to have a quality woman (rare)
- Low stress from point above and work not being able to cuck me
- No debt
- Gym 4-5x a week for 30-40 min
- Sports/HIIT for cardio once or twice a week
- Hitting on young mamasitas
- Protein, veggie/fruit smoothies with healthy fats every day
- Warm lemon water every morning
- Fish oil, multi, B-vitamins everyday and other supplements as needed (ZMA, glutamine etc.)
- Meditation
- Learning second language
- Reading/learning to keep mind sharp
- Moderating caffeine/alcohol
- Skin care routine
- Minimal exposure to parabens, estrogen mimics (Google)
- Eat whole, healthy foods with the occasional cheat
- Travel
That's the GOAT recipe in my opinion.
