Because liberal *******s have convinced each race that they have to identify as a single community and that any condemnation of activities within their race is considered being a race traitor. Basically keeping racism alive by preventing minorities from fixing the problems within their communities because those problems have become a part of their cultural image and any attempt to fix it would be "stripping them of their identity".
