You could also consider starting your own business and pursuing your own venture. (Investing in yourself so to speak.) Don't listen to people who say to just party it up and rot. It's not all it's cracked up to be, and you will quickly become depressed and miserable.

If I were you I'd spend my days reading a bunch of cool books and taking notes of ideas and stuff I could do. Last book I was reading was "The Biological Human" (norwegian book, not translated afaik). Changed my perspective on life and cuts to the core of much of the bs philosophy around. Basically said that life has no ethic/moral and something like "Evolution has no consciousness, purpose or end game. Small random changes and sexual selection by the opposite sex through vast amounts of time is what got us here. There is not a spec of evidence that there is any conscious design behind any of it". Reading stuff like that is something a lot of people don't have time or energy to do I think
Also read an article yesterday where it said that people who have a lot of spare time are those who often develop anxieties so watchout for that

I'd do cool ****, like start a gym, or a charity that involves fitness somehow. Maybe give the funding for a PYFL leauge to help kids out or somthing. Probably buy a bunch of land and real estate and pass it on to a property manager. Invest in some low volatility high dividend stocks. Just some ideas

Talk to DonBlaximus, from what I've read he always has great insight into these sort of things.
I wish I was in the right place at the right time, I have so many ideas, but my luck isn't the best.

I could literally spend all day every day just maintaining my home, cooking great food, etc, etc. And I don't even have kids. Unless your wife is already a stay at home parent and on top of all that, I fail to see how you need anything else to do. (since I have to work instead, I just eat chit food and live in a dump) Most importantly, spend time with your kids. If you're currently working more hours than they are in school, you seriously need to slap yourself.

Only thing I can think of is join a private golf course to get a more social life. other then that you'll be doing nothing all day besides gym, movies, games etc unless you worked a part time job or opened a business. In reality living and doing no work at all will get old fast

Congrats crazy to think the stock that the company gave y'all became 8 figures tho, that's insane. I got a nice 5 figure/month passive income going right now but its no where near enough to be able to do whatever I want.
I'd probably do charity work, join a martial arts gym, travel some and try to fund new startups with potential if I was in your shoes. Also finally get a GTR lol. I'm not a big splurging kind of person either. Good luck man

I'd live relatively frugally, work a part time job or work as a sole proprietor in a field that interests you. You still want to set a good example for your kids.
