The finger pointing generation. Mad as hell for their failures and always pointing their fingers at someone else because of it.

Most people don't think about the future, some people going/went to college that were never meant for college, some machines taking jobs (learned in marketing class about cashier jobs at grocery stores being replaced soon with automation), some parents pampering kids when they never taught them the idea of working, overpopulation and not many jobs/ jobs being killed forever or reduced (ex. librarian), maybe they're looking for a job currently and it's taking longer, some millennials think they'll 'make it' big out of college but don't understand most start at the bottom and work their way up, and buying things they can't afford or don't even need, lazy etc.
I'm guessing some of this can relate, but I'd like to know their reasons personally....

I'm not talking about working on a farm you cuck, I'm talking about building one and maintaining it. Which I can't do because I'll be taxed to death.
Lets see how long the animal populations last if everyone takes up hunting.

Just admit it your afraid yo do ANYTHING so you blame the system and rot.

I still remember when I was starting my senior year in college, majoring in accounting, I started to tell people that I was starting to get nervous that I didn't have any job offers. All of the older people I knew kept telling me "oh don't worry, you're fine. When you graduate, the offers will come flooding in, every company needs accountants". Then in my final semester, the economy/housing market crashed due to the fukking baby boomers.
I was like "well fuk... I'm screwed", not only did companies pretty much put a complete stop to hiring new graduates, many even pulled their offers to college kids that thought they had already secured a job! Luckily, I am smart and able to quickly adapt and come up with ways to overcome challenging obstacles and was able to make a success out of myself despite graduating at literally the worst possible moment in modern economic times. But I definitely had to go the long way about making it, compared to someone doing the exact same thing as me would, a generation earlier. I know plenty of people in my graduating class that were completely fukked and never ended up getting to even start a career in their major (and yes, they chose difficult majors that were supposed to make them attractive to companies, not art or history etc).
I remember, once I FINALLY started getting job interviews, everyone asked me why I hadn't had any accounting experience, despite being a year out of school. I thought I had a good answer "well, I graduated right when the economy crashed and companies mostly stopped hiring new graduates for entry level accounting positions". Eventually I realized that those ******* baby boomers didn't like my answer, because I was apparently supposed to get a job, despite the economy blowing up right in my face and companies putting hiring freezes on new college grads (after all, they got jobs right? why couldn't I?)

If I was hiring people. I would ask them what they really want, listen I know this isn't likely your job for the next 75 years, but if you work hard and help us achieve success I will do whatever I can to make it happen for you too.
People aren't motivated by bonus goals and such, people are mainly motivated from inside, money could be included in that, but that's not in the traditional corporate game.
I want the problem employees, I want the ones with attitude, I want the ones with an edge.

They told you to get a degree because they wanted you to have a better life and with the data they had at the time it was the truth. They didn't have a crystal ball to know the future. They didn't have it easy and they aren't all to blame. They are at fault for raising a generation that a significant percentage is made up of complete p****ies with no grit.
No..not a boomer.

Personally, I value education well beyond any $ it may generate.
I'd also encourage my kid or any one person to get a solid skill if they didn't feel school was for them, such as plumber, electrician, etc. There's nothing wrong about being a "tradie" and it's LOL so many look down on "tradies" yet bitch about school and chit.

I've always wondered how homeless people who aren't addicts get to their point. Now I see that they are just NEET's whose caregivers died or got sick of them.

If it sucks that bad for him, there's tons of options, like go join any number of charities and travel the world, etc. Join the Peace Corp, etc. My buddy went off to Haite with the Red Cross and he said it put his first world problems in perspective like nothing else.
He'd dropped out of school. After that experience, he went back to school like a man on a mission.

I swear, most baby boomers are legitimately retarded.... which as you mentioned, is how they were able to take the greatest country on earth and pretty much destroy it's future within a single generation.
I rage so hard when I think about baby boomers. It's kind of like when a literally mentally retarded person calls you stupid. You know you aren't stupid, you know that the retarded person is in fact stupid. But there is no way for you to convince the retarded person of this fact, because they are literally too dumb to comprehend it, which gets frustrating.
That's how it feels when trying to convince baby boomers that they didn't have it harder than us, like they always claim. And that we aren't "lazy and entitled and should quit complaining because they went through all the same problems we did and they were still able to succeed so we have no excuses"

What we have today is a large % of people who lack coping skills and when presented with a challenge, fold up and go into victim mode.
Being stubborn and able to work through, around, or over chit life throws at you only comes with hard earned experiences, usually in your formative years, and that's often what's lacking in too many today, and that's a parenting issue mostly.
I was more then happy to sit and watch TV all day if my mother would have allowed it, but I got "that's enough TV, take that skate board and go outside and be back by dinner, now get out"

Yes, single parenting issues add to the problems for sure, but there are strong women out there who do best they can and unlike many a father, step up to the plate and do their job as a parent, but that's another issue...

I remember when I was young my parents bought a house in the 90's for $149,000. It was 1,600 sq ft, finished basement, 3 bedrooms, 2 floors with a school 5 minutes walking distance in a decent neighbourhood in the suburbs. House was old as hell though, around 30-40 years at the time it was bought. That same house today in 2017 is worth $600,000. Just lmfao. For a small-ish, old, not very big semi-detached townhouse.
Affordable housing is something that just simply isn't feasible anymore where I live and many other places. Renting is also crazy. A 1 Bedroom apartment where I live is over $1,000 a month. A single room is $600, for a single ROOM! And they are very small too. And this becomes way more expensive the closer to the city I get. I think they did a study in the GTA (city+burbs) in 2016 where the average rent was about 1,900 a month and the sq ft was about 750. Prices are going up while the square footage is going down.
Most millennials honestly won't be able to afford a townhouse until their late 30's/early 40's. And it's probably going to be the smallest and ****tiest townhouse. At the rate things are going people who are teachers, police officers, firefighters, etc won't be able to afford half-decent housing creating labour shortages (more jobs? but what's the point if you can't afford to live there anyway?). Most millenials probably have racked up 20K-100K in debt from university/college on top of that. Long gone are the days of working full-time summer jobs to pay for your entire tuition.
You honestly can't blame millennials for choosing to live with their parents due to money constraints. However I think living with parents comes with complacency in the mind-set of millennials with having most of the things paid for them and not actually having to deal with the every day struggles of living by yourself and finding a job that pays enough for you to survive day to day. Finding a decent, non-deadend job that actually pays is difficult and there is a lot of pressure on us to succeed that perhaps we just don't deal with it too well.
Throw in politics, MSM, third-wave feminism, overall dumbing down of our institutions into the mix, people blaming millennials for everything, I really do feel for our generation. We've been taught and conditioned to think a certain way and when reality doesn't conform to what we've been taught/conditioned to think, it's like a giant red pill spawned that's been forced up are asses and we don't know how to think or react anymore.
The shift in our educational institutions really began in the 90's which is when most of the millennials were born and going to school, so it is hard to fault them.

The reason young people are stuck at home is because of the baby boomers.
Brb they used to buy a house by working at a supermarket bagging groceries. "Damn millennials are just too lazy to work! Derp!"

Just admit it your afraid yo do ANYTHING so you blame the system and rot.
...and the reality is that you WOULD have died well before you 30s with your additude. It took grit to make it and you would have been a candidate for natural selection.

It's comical how upset you are over this. You spent the best years of your life getting cucked by goldstein and now anyone who doesn't do the same is "weak" and "can't survive". Keep breaking your back for someone elses pockets wagie, I'll be relaxing enjoying my youth.

babyboomers be like: "these kids today are lazy, selfish and entitled, i got a good job at 18 and worked my way up the hard way and earned what I have, i never complained"
reality:
- babyboomer got a livable wage job at age 18
- got a BRAND NEW house for a reasonable price at age 20
- married betty-sue,shes a stay at home wife
- had kids
- got offered a office job for a booming industry
- got a pension, got full benefits, didn't have to deal with technology or crazy political correctness
- worked 9-5
- never had to complain cuz they had everything on easy mode lol.
- gets social security on top of generous pensions + investments, double dipping everything they can
- won't die, blows money on bullchit and doesnt give a fuack about kids or future
thats the truth.
