It's biology. Girls peak earlier. It's like a ten year difference. Girls also have a much much easier time, but shorter life span (of slaying). That's the trade off.

My cousin is 35, still liftin strong, still doin crazy obstacle races. Still pulling 18-21 sloots.

Before 30 is a women's market. After 30 is mens. Especially if you can dress yourself nicely and don't smell bad. When i hit 30 there was women of all ages giving me the eyes. Not that i've been ignored by women all my life but you definitely notice it more

Likely this. If you marry before 30, you cashed in your chips too early.

From turning 30 a few months ago and thinking about it a bit, obviously these observations are over time and not something that happens when you hit a magical number:

- Mentally feel the same
- Energy is about as good as mid 20's, slight decrease
- Recovery is noticeably worst than mid 20's (bad nights sleep will **** me for a couple days, overtraining is no bueno anymore, hangovers can fo etc)
- If you workout, you look better than 99% of your agegroup
- Seeing greys but don't give af, hairlines only receded about 1/8 inch as the sides and isn't even apparent to me when looking at pics from early 20s
- Same/more female attention, I've a gf of 5 years though and have always noticed an increase in lusty women over when I'm single

If I had to give any advice to 20's guys, eat well, workout smart (rip my right knee), keep it up into your 30's and instead of being the top 10-20% in your 20s youll be the top 1% in your 30s, vast amount of guys get lost in careers and relationships and end up fat and depressed.
