Ran it for 10 days as a cat 1 last month. went from 75kg to 65kg. Funnily enough i dropped 1kg the day AFTER the carb up, maybe the huge influx of carbs eliminated any cortisol that was holding me water during the PSMF.
regained 2kg on the 2nd day of refeed, and now 2 weeks later back to 65.6kg (weighed this morning) eating at my new maintainance.
Only did 2 workouts in the 10 days, full body, stimulant PWO made it feel like np. Stopped out of convenience rather than necessity (didnt wanna carb up on a Monday, so finished on a Friday and carbed up Sat (50g fat 4-600g carbs, didnt count protein) and took it easy/normal Sunday).
So in short, it works, if you follow it verbatim.

does this affect your strength? If not I'll give it a shot for two weeks just to try something new.

I f'ed up half way through day 4 (yesterday)... just couldn't handle the zero concentration, messed up thought patterns, emotions allll over the show, can't sleep at all, and lethargy like my body was about to drop to the floor with any more movement
My stats using the RFL calculator work out to 575 calories a day. I just don't know this is possible to maintain and still function/work/think/lift a few times a week.
Planning to start again but relax the protocol a bit by adding more calories from protein and maybe some fat, so closer to the 800-900 calorie mark and see how it goes.

Already my *******s, I fuked up way back on the second day lol sorry to let ya down. I think I started on April 10th, but felt like shiet on the second day an decided against it mostly because it affected me at work. However, I have gone from 190lbs to 179lbs since then just by regularly cutting at 2200-2400 (most of it was bloat/water weight) so things are going great in terms of cutting and I'm looking a lot leaner. I'm going try to PSMF once a week though to accelerate things because more than two days kinda slows me down at work.
Has anyone here kept at it and started to make it?

Anyone got before/after pictures? Would be particularly interested in anyone who was roughly 180lbs when they started and where they ended up.

Planning on hopping on this at the end of May. I have a wedding to go to in mid June. I have to force myself to down 2800-3k calories at this point (I'm not a big eater), so I don't think this will betoomiserable....

Day 4 checking in. Category 1 dieter.
Looking pretty flat at the moment aND peeing a lot. Went to the gym on day 2 and had no strength loss. Put the weight up on some of my lifts. Weighed in at 78.5kg down from 80kg although I'm certain that was water.
About to go again so will see if I've lost any strength and weight.
Oddly enough the hunger isn't as bad as I thought it might be. What's hitting me hard is the energy slump at around 3pm. I work a pretty physical job moving around 8 tonne Per day by hand.
Black coffee is my friend cause no E.
Looking forward to the sickening pump on day 13 from 850g carbs.
Stay strong boyos

Checking in after gym time.
Weighed in at 77.5kg so that's 2.5kg (5.5lbs) down in 4 days. So well on track for my target of 73kg (160lbs).
Hopefully metabolic slowdown doesn't occur at too much of an alarming rate.
Strengthwise I was attempting new numbers on most lifts today I met some targets but didn't feel I earned the right to put the weight up next session. Others I failed on the last set with 2 reps to go so I'm not going to lower the weight either.
In conclusion I'd say there's a little strength loss but it's pretty minimal considering 1200 kcal is slightly unDer half my maintenence.
