Idk man I wanna hear it while biking today on my wife's ancient ipod because its small enough to not worry about while biking. Thats why I need to download mp3s, plus spotify without premium doesn't have the option to chose whatever song I like before waiting for gay 30-45 sec ads

Chill out, you can stiil download free music on Spotify or with tiral of apple music, amazon or whichever music services that provide free trial. What you need is TunesKit Audio Capture. Play the streaming music on spotify or other websites, and capture it with this audio capture, and you get a free mp3. The quality will be the same as the streaming music, so it depends on the sound quality of the streaming music.
