Why is he responsible for so much? you have to see what his and her annual incomes are, then add them into some formula. If she isn't working, then she's going to get more. The back dated support is what killed him.

Why are men beat down by the legal system? because the system is archaic and derived from a point in time when women didn't work. Now that this has changed dramatically, you may start to see more instances where women are the ones paying, not receiving( joint custody), or getting very little because she makes as much or more than the man does.

Why are so many eunuch cuckolds type "men" attacking men?Just because someone doesn't agree with the generalized misc logic about this topic doesn't make them cucks. If men still hookup with reandom sloots in 2017 and this is the outcome, then they deserve it. Protect yourself.

Why are woman not responsible, ever? Why are they treated like retarded children in society and legal system when it comes to responsibility and criminal/fraudulent behavior?
I'm not entirely sure how having a child from a ONS translates to criminal behavior. Women naturally are caregivers. As such, they're normally the ones who will be most responsible for a child in cases like this. If both sides have joint custody and similar incomes, child support is mainly nil. I'm not advocating keeping the child support system as it is, but I want men to be more responsible with their dicks because they're just as important as the pedestal most out pussy on.

Yeah, talking about who is more responsible for a problem that has already happened is such a pointless affair when the problem is easily solvable. There is no argument against abortion unless you are a religious nutjob, in which case your argument is null and void anyway. If the state doesn't want to support single mothers then I think women should be forced to undergo financial review upon impregnation. If they can't support the child without leeching off a man they have no relationship with then it needs to be terminated.

There's also the whole women's rights bullchit, it's impossible to change these pro-women support systems because feminists would just claim patriarchal oppression and systematic misogyny if they lost some of their financial privileges.

I'm going to speculate and hypothesize for a moment,

-Intially she didn't know who the father was, meaning she may have found someone who she actually liked and wanted to be the father while being a sloot.
-Once it was known that he wasn't the father, she went looking for the real one. This is where things get messy. She could potentially stay with the guy(who probably had a decent job) who she thinks is great, collect the child support check from the idiot, and live amazing. On the other hand, she could just be a sloot with no job or a medial job who really needs the money to help support the child. In either instance, because she's raising the child 100% of the time, she's going to get full support.

Right, so let's allow the guys to walk away with no responsibility and have society pitch in to pay for the cost of raising the child. I agree though that men should have a say in preventing an abortion and it's fukked up that they don't. Still, the number of kids in broken homes has increased enormously since abortion was made legal. Why? Because people aren't held responsible for their own actions so they expect other people or entities to fix their mistake and act a lot less responsibly(as shown in the OP). I'm not arguing whether she should or shouldn't have an abortion, I'm saying that her choosing to have the kid doesn't absolve the father of his responsibilities.

But that doesnt excuse the situation he's fallen into and how this sloot is playing the system and ruined his life at the same time. Not to mention the kid isnt growing up in a stable home.

It does absolve him of responsibilities because she could have asked him "do you intend to be a part of this child's life and help me support him" when she was pregnant. Had he said no to this, as he most certainly would, then she could easily have terminated. She didn't do this because she had no interest in giving this kid a stable environment, she just wanted a kid to fill the void in herself and decided to let this ******* pay for it. He didn't have a choice but she did, therefore she must be 100% responsible for that choice. She was the one who made it, not him. She went through with the pregnancy, not him.

Saying that abortions lead to more children in broken homes is ridiculous. Guess what, divorce rates have gone way up as the number of pirates on the seven seas diminished. Do you think these two phenomenon are related? Of course they are not. Neither are abortions and unstable home environments. It has to do with changing norms in society and dating habits etc. Nothing to do with abortion.

Edit: that is to say, they might be related, but they are more than likely not causally related. Correlation does not equal causation.

She's not "playing the system". That is the system. A father should be held responsible for his child, regardless of the fact whether he wanted it or not.

That's bullchit. It's the woman who has the baby and so it is ultimately her responsibility to prevent pregnancies. Yes, he could have worn a rubber, but she could have been taking contraceptives and failing that she could have taken plan B after. Even failing that she could have had an abortion. Meanwhile, after sex the man is completely powerless to prevent the pregnancy.

The woman has 100% control over terminating the pregnancy and so should be 100% responsible for it also. A child isn't born unless the woman actually wants it to be born and the man has very little say in the matter.

How do you know she has no interest in providing a stable environment? Her actions (ensuring that the father contributes to the welfare of the child) are pretty much the definition of providing a stable environment. The fact that the ******* doesn't seem to want to be a part of the child's life is something she can't influence, and I don't see how that fact, especially from an ONS, should play a significant role in deciding to terminate or not - many, many, many stable children/adults brought up in a single parent household are testament to this.

Because she made no effort to connect with the dude before having the child. They never discussed the future of the kid. She called him and said she was pregnant, he said not to go through with it and that was it. That's not being a responsible, planning adult. What she is doing now is trying to secure her own future by having him pay her. It has nothing to do with the kid. She got the child because she wanted a kid for herself with no thought to the well being of the child, it's plain as day. If she wanted the best environment for a child then maybe she should have tried to set up a functioning relationship with a man first.

This. So many of the worlds problems are idiot humans who can't exercise control impulse. "Oh I am horny, logic is out the window". Sure you get in the blue ball zone and you let some things pass that you normally wouldn't, but things like condoms, a random girl off the net etc, they should ring bells no matter what state you in. If they don't, then you just have a pretty weak mental state. While the system is completely criminal in my eyes how fuked over the male can be by governments in this situation, he still should have not stuck his dik in some crazy online slut.

This kid has a rough road ahead to be a normal intelligent human with these 2 as the parents.

She was very much a responsible adult - told him she's pregnant, told him she's not sure it's his. Well played. HE immediately expressed his disinterest/unwillingness to participate in this process. This DOES NOT mean that the kid is doomed, or that she should automatically decide to abort - she may want to have a child and has no objection to raising it by herself - this still doesn't absolve the father of his financial obligations. Again, a single parent situation is not ideal, but it's far from a death sentence you portray it as and is definitely better than a dual parent situation where one parent is resentful and doesn't want to be involved.

Securing her future with ~800 dollars a month? Gtfo. Also, she didn't know who the father was and it wasn't until she had the courts issue paternity tests did she find him.

The fact of the matter is, he was instrumental in the birth of a child. Hence, logic dictates that he should have culpability regarding the life of that child. Don't be emotional; be objective. There are consequences for every action, and this is but one of such.

In the same way that anyone would criticise a woman for not taking precautions regarding birth control (and later, complaining about raising a child), so should this man be given the same treatment. Be objective, folks.
Well, he should have a say on whether he wants to fully support a child or or not just like how a woman has 100% say to kill the baby or not. If he doesn't agree, he should just pay a much smaller amount of money since he didn't consent.
Survivor crew.

YOU'RE responsible for YOUR own body. If YOU can get pregnant then YOU have to take steps to prevent it.

If she wanted an abortion and he didn't, would she keep the baby? Of course not.

The very least the courts can do is give the guy a financial abortion.

Lol at him.

Sucks for the kid though.
All of this right here.

If you fellas want to have a seat I will tell you my story. It's quick.

My sons mother used me to have a son, took about a week and a half for her to get pregnant.
She gave me the option to leave, sign papers but I would never see him ever.
I said no, fuk that......doesn't matter the reasons you used me, lets do it.
She stayed at home, i worked full time to pay the bills till he was 4-5?
She started seeing someone so it was a mutual move out of her house.
My son is 9 and I don't give a fuk what any misc'er thinks about my situation, my sons pretty fuking awesome and would not trade it for the world of the feelings and emotions involved with him and watching him grow up. Yeah, not the best environment but hes smart, and understands......

The guy in OP's story just sounds like a typical miscer, "h-hello, u-umm can I p-put penis in vagina with no rubber m'lady?" And expect nothing would ever happen.
I knew it was possible to get my sons mother prego, just didn't know she only wanted a child out of our relationship.

Drunk driving and cheating? bleh, sumbish is getting a symbolic sense of karma, sadly this child is paying more than the guy is.

Let me get this straight

Guy went raw on a chick
Busted inside
Girl got pregnant
Guy knows the law has option for fathers to opt out financially
Guy gets ****ed
complains about it

Also would it have been better if he never signed? (assuming he knew he was the father but no one knew he knew)
No glow No go crew

If enough evidence is given, in the USA they can force you to do a swab for DNA match.
