There is a really fat guy that goes to my gym.

brb only see him in the lounge, shower, or sauna
brb he's missing one leg and has a prosthetic leg
brb his wife helps him with the leg (cause he doesn't keep it in the sauna, but needs it to walk obviously)
brb breaths so loud with a wet sputtering in the sauna... makes my skin absolutely crawl!

mirin' that he goes regularly
mirin' he found a good wife who's there for him

Sharing the rack with this DYEL guy squatting 2.5 plates quarter rep and struggle for 2-3 reps

Next set he goes 3 plate.

He's like Hey bro can you spot me?

I'm like instant 180 and naw bro I got a bad wrist from last week(really), can you get someone to spot you instead?

Proceed to watch him fail

Guys half repping. There is a personal trainer that doesn't even get to the halfway point on his bench and it drives me crazy.

Wearing gloves is ok, imo, keeps my hands from getting torn up.

There's been a ton of people recently that love to dead lift in the racks, not rack pulls just regular deads. Drives me nuts they don't just pull off the floor and not hog the rack.

There's some 5'10 probably over 400 lbs who does a bench workout probably every day. He trains his 160-180 lb friends and walks with his arms out because he can push a lot of weight. He can probably bench around 400 (only seen him go up to 375) but he's probably not even benching his body weight!
Bench: 45lbx4,500 reps
Deadlift: 100x6,500 reps
Squat: wtf is "squat"?

There's some sl00t at my gym that is literally on the elliptical from start to finish. Even worse, she sets the strength to the lowest possible setting and smashes back and forth at 100mph. She’ll do this for about an hour, if not longer.

He wasn't really making fun though, wasn't it more about the screaming at the top of his lungs? But I agree, shouldn't make fun of someone trying to better themselves and strength is relative.

He didn't have to say anything about how much weight was being used. He added that to the comment because he considers it "low weight" and wanted to make himself feel superior.
