Lately I've been working on deboning chicken thighs (Hnngghh cheap thigh meat plus bones for stock). I still leave too much meat on the bones when carving out that hip bone knuckle thing.

- That feeling when I get home and the dog acts like I've been gone for years and my 2.5 year old daughter says "boo daddy" because she thinks its funny to scare me coming thru the door...every...single...day.

- Paying a bill...any bill. As soon as I hit the send button and get that confirmation email on my phone it feelsgoodmane.

- The feeling when I'm in the gym at times when others aren't willing to go (Friday nights, early mornings, holidays).

- Friday afternoons. Just in general these feel amazing to me no matter what I'm doing and no matter what I have to do the next day.

- A warm sunny day with a light cool breeze.

- The feeling at the first tee (golf) when we have an early tee time (like 7am).

- Listening to 90's on 9 (Sirius/xm) on Saturday mornings while I clean, reflecting on life and remembering where I was in life when particular songs they are playing came out.

- The first few sips of the first beer of the day. I can't recreate that feeling with the first liquor for some reason, its just beer that does it.
