I won't have a relaxing weekend until August unfortunately. as I mentioned before, this is track season, so I'll be traveling pretty much every weekend through end of July.

i've had my two daughters all week but they are going back to their mum's for the weekend so i'll be playing 9 after work tonight and then 18 tomorrow for men's league. should be plenty of cinco de mayo yuckiness after making the turn. gf wants a mountain bike ride sometime this weekend and weather is high 70's, low 80's so should be good to go. also put in an offer on another rental house; should hear back by this evening. gonna be a good weekend boyos

For me, I have a lot of opportunities to go out with friends, go clubbing. I don't go as much as I want to because I need the rest to keep my gains going in the gym. When I was a beginner in the gym I could recover from these nights out and still hit my lifts. But these days I just cannot do it because I am past the novice stage.

Anyone know these feels. It's deadlift day tomorrow and I just need my rest to make sure I hit the lifts.
