It is pretty clear that the courts disproportionately favour woman. But I will put the caveat in that I am biased because I am male & find it easier to put myself in the male's shoes, but I have made every effort to be impartial.

The woman will be taking care of the kid, which is a lot of labor. And, the father doesn't have to pay 100% of the expenses so the mother is paying some but she is also putting in a huge amount of time and labor. In addition, she could get in huge trouble if she doesn't act like she likes and loves the kid.
That's quite a burden.
However, you bring up a good point, a woman can kill a baby by getting an abortion and there's nothing a man can do to stop her. So, women can kill babies and not have to take care of the kid but a man is forced to take care of the kid if she chooses to not kill it. Clearly, there's something wrong with that to the extreme, but there's no easy answer.
The only answer, and this would stop a lot of casual sex, is if the man could decide the woman has to have an abortion, she is then arrested, and forced to have an abortion by the state. But, that sounds monstrous, and will never happen.
