There needs to be more resources/more monitoring for people in this situation,because treatment for any mental illness isn't an easy task . PTSD isn't just an illness military people get, not so long ago, military people who suffered from what we now know is PTSD, would have been imprisoned, or shot on the battlefield for cowardice or 'lacking moral fiber', But now no longer does that happen, now it is stated in medical manuals that doctors go by that PTSD can also be caused by violent assaults/rape/ natural disasters/ accidents where there loss of life. There is a spectrum like all illness's, some are so severely affected their personalities change in time for the worse and they become disabled, others aren't badly effected and make a full recovery. Without reading her medical notes/police report Iam not going to condemn her.
