They were mostly high volume workouts, ****load of sets, supersets/dropsets, lot of broscience throw in, but you definitely feel like you had a killer session after doing them. But most of the fun was watching him coked out of his mind yelling and screaming motivational **** in the middle of a gym, used to get me fired up lol. I also met him at the Bodypower Expo several years ago and he gave me some tips on training while travelling away from home. RIP

I first saw the dude on this show called Workout, back in the day. This reality show about personal trainers at this one gym in Beverly Hills. Anyone ever seen that? I think it was on the Bravo channel. But, yea I used to be subbed to his web site and watch all his videos. No one had ever got me pumped up to workout like him

yup i remember watching the episode where he gets fired, and wasn't on the show any more. The trainers all went out drinking, but everyone goes home early to be up early for work the next day. But greg convinces the hot sloot trainer to keep drinking, takes her back to hotel pool, smashes her in the pool. Then shows up late the next day hungover. alpha as ****. gets fired.

I remember back in the day i would always say he was the type of guy who would take you home, drug you and rape your angus.

I now realise he was alpha as fuc, except for the train thing. I see they found MDMA and meth in his blood.

Anyway he was an inspiring guy.

Much more alpha to take on a train and lose than to expire dehydrated in a sauna after sexing a thai ladyboy.
