If anyone is worried about their caffeine intake just remember there have been scientific trials done where athletes are given upwords of 1,000 mg of caffeine. 100% this man died from a undiagnosed heart condition exacerbated by caffeine.

Was talking to some people about this. He was nowhere near a lethal dose. They claimed he had no underlying health issues or drug/alcohol abuse problems, but this doesn't add up.

Even vitamins can be toxic if taken in high doses. OD on vitamin A and see how messed up your day will become.

Now I don't take anything other than pre workout for caffeine intake. Very rarely will I have a cup of green tea.

Lol I'd max out on Jack3d because I hated the flavor and wanted it gone, added NO xplode for the flavor and pump ingredients. Oh man have I changed.

What a lot of people fail to realize is that there is apoint of diminishing returnwhere too much caffeine does more harm than good. Your body has a limit, so more after a point is not better. It just causes more jitters and/or negative side-effects.

Caffeine is not joke bros.
In 1912 when the Harrison act was passed that outlawed ******* and heroin and other drugs caffine was originally on the list of things to be banned.
Its garbage.

I was reading the other day about a guy who's friends kept saying he was fat even though he wasn't, he told his wife he was going to get these fat burners from Ebay or some chit to lose weight.
Anyway he gets them and takes a few, and ends up having a heart attack and dies in the ambulance.
The blood results came back showing he had the caffeine equivelant of300 cupsof coffee in his system. srs
They said even if he had survived he would be brain damaged.
Edit: my bad, it was 300 cups.

Chit like this scares me. When I was a young and stupid high schooler I popped a whole pack of pro plus (caffeine pills) washed down with a can of monster. I was super edgy all day but nothing too bad. A year later I found out I had a heart condition and had to have valve replacement surgery that year. I was so ****ing lucky that my stupidity didn't wipe me off the face of this earth like it did to this kid.

Underlying issue thats gonna get blammed on energy drinks. Everything in excessive amounts can be bad for you. I can take in 400mg of caffiene and take a nap.
Its an unfortunate accident but that kid had something wrong with him already, the caff just triggered. it.
