All walking away does is send the message that he gets away with that kind of behavior, because chances are this isn't the first time he's acted out this way.
The camera guy was ridiculously polite throughout the whole video, even give him several opportunities to apologize, but the more it went on, the wheel chair guy escalated it himself.
