I found that book incredibly insightful regarding relationships, and gives a practical approach to healing trauma (ie. consciously use a multitude of approaches, no one method/therapy will heal you).



I read the book, and thought 'yeah, that makes sense'. I had no idea that the concept would stick with me, and change how I approach and perceive developing skills/talents.



Book helped me to understand cultural and interpersonal paradigm differences.

How is it pathetic? Not trying to brag but I got my degree and became an engineer at 22 so I'm clearly doing alright in life despite not reading books
