Looks like they laundered the money through her taxes. That would be easy to do in a profession that lives off large tips.

Those taxes will be less than if it was the business reporting it or if they paid someone else to launder. It's pretty much the best tax situation you're going to get for laundering money. That's why this is ridiculously suspicious. Average stripper income is 47k a year. If you knew a stripper that made 5 times that then you're talking about a whore.

That being said, civil forfeiture is theft.
