Jesus Christ she used tax returns to prove she earned the money. Thus taxes were most likely paid.

The discovery that ******* is so prevalent in U.S. banknotes has a legal application that reactions by drug-sniffing dogs is not immediately cause for arrest of persons or confiscation of banknotes. And? Seems like all the more reason to not have money wrapped in dryer sheets hidden in your car with no documentation for it.

Thats not a checkmate, just proves how idiotic you are for thinking this was a legit business deal

If her money checked out (which it did) and everything else checks out too theres no reason to assume someone guilty of something especialy not a deal that hadnt taken place yet. You declare a person guilty in court, not on the street.

As ive said once the cops couldnt tie it to a crime and she proved it was hers it should have been given back. She was not in the car at the time of the stop and the people could produce no documentarion for their hidden drug laced money so it was confiscated

The cops always take it and you have to fight to get it back. They just don't immediately return it and say have a nice day.

Cops are thugs.

Corrupt. Unintelligent. Poorly trained.

P.S. they fund their organizations by stealing through civil forfeiture.

But mah constitution.

Gtfo. It was legally seized. What was not legal was them keeping it after they could not determine it was ill gotten gains and should have been returned. Only a fukkin potato would believe she had it transported like that for any legit business

How about when Viffer on the way to a poker tournament had 15k a 50k gold Rolex and missed his flight and tournament because the DEA didn't think he should have money?

He's a phuckin world renowned Professional Player!

He said I'm David Peat I'm going to LA to play in a 10k buying turny.

They just took his stuff and said you'll get a letter in the mail and left him sitting in the airport.

Not only was he robbed of his property he was denied his chance to work. The potential loss of income from that was well over a million dollars just from that 30 minute detainment.

It's an abuse of power and akin to living in a totalitarian regime.

Has nothing to do with this situation. I hope he sued and won more than he would have in his tournament. Like i said the confiscation was legal but not giving it back when they couldnt link it to a crime was not

If someone steals a large sum of money you have every right to take it back using violent force if necessary. You have a 2nd amendment for this sort of state tyranny.
